The truth is that there were virtually none to begin with.
Most stores didn’t even get a single 5090. Other stores got a handful of 5080s. People slept in freezing temperatures outside of Micro Center’s and when they finally got their chance to get a 5090, there wasn’t even a single one at the store. Not one.
What Nvidia is doing here is creating a fake shortage to create inflated prices and frankly this is something that they should be sued for.
This launch was a slap in the face to your loyal customers, and I hope you’re stock keeps plummeting because of it. Nvidia… You suck.

2025.01.31 01:52 Top-Echo1199 Coming off PPI’s. Does this hell end?
30f 5’5 150 p
Dx: gastroparesis (which gives me heart burn) MCAS, and POTS
Meds: Pepcid, Zyrtec, cromolyn, Clonidine, and florinef
I’m trying to wean off my PPI (doctor supervised).
Slowly Coming off 40mg Prilosec it’s been 4 weeks of tapering off by lessening a day each week. For example, I’m on week four and skipped Mon, tue, wed, and Thurs dose. I will take fri, sat, and sun.
I am in so much pain. My throat and stomach are burning. I did not each much today. It’s very painful. I am going to message my doc about increasing my Pepcid dose to 40mg twice a day instead of 20mg twice a day to get relief.
Does the body adjust getting off these PPI’s? Or is most likely going to be the norm.
Any tips?

As per the title, I'm trying to upgrade the sound system in my classroom. I teach video and audio production classes and need a better setup. I currently have 4 in-ceiling speakers (2 on left and 2 on right that are connected in parallel) that are more for amplifying voice. I'd like to keep the same type of setup, but get better speakers, a sub, and a receiver I can plug an HDMI into.
I haven't looked at a ton of options, but maybe something like a Denon DRA-900H would work? Any recommendations for good speakers and sub?

When I try and launch game through steam, the game window opens with just a white screen, crashes, and then sends me back to steam.
The weirdest part about it though is that it launches in VR mode just fine, but not in regular.
To fix this I have already tried to:
- Uninstall and reinstall
- Deleting the TKGRAPHICSSETTINGS.MXML
- verifying game files
- restarting my PC
- restarting steam

I lost everything due to OCD, took everything from me, my self confidence ,my childhood friends, my network of people, my dream but it does get easier somewhere down the line you will find a solution, I remember when i locked myself in my home for 2 weeks becouse i was afraid of committing a sin, but I stood up, what happened was I acknowledged I have a problem the most people wont even think of, I acknowledged that telling people about my condition isnt gonna do any good most people say i have ocd without knowing how difficult it is, now i am all alone in a world destroyed by the battle of me and my inner monster, I have to bear the weight of rebuilding it, thats the final challenge i guess, but life is full of mysteries, what i did to reach this point is simple just dont ever do a compulsion even if it was little, if you want to kill something starve it, where energy flows life grows, OCD’s fuel is compulsions it gets fed it gets bigger, i used to do little compulsions like saying a word or something, I stopped that and i had severe religious OCD so no one tell me he or she is suffering from a much worse condition OCD is the same for all of us, my point is STARVE IT! Do the work rebuild avoid reassurance or certainty, there’s no better time to start than now, i wish you all the best i feel close to you than any human in earth becouse we have something that no other person could ever understand, hope for you always the best.

Ik out of all the immoral characters in the show disliking Donna might seem weird but I personally find all the other characters and storylines way more enjoyable.
