I often notice that many Malayali parents get annoyed when they see or hear their kids playing, laughing, or generally having fun.
Idk if it’s like a sense of entitlement or something, but when kids have fun, the parents always do or say something that kinda spoils the vibe (usually along the lines of “stop it!”, “don’t you have schoolwork?”, “stop making so much noise!”, “what is this weird thing you’re doing?”, “kids these days have no sense of responsibility!”). It’s as if children’s merriment is allergic to them.
Is this just something in my head or do any of you guys feel the same? If you do, please share your thoughts and experiences.

2025.01.31 02:41 Vermontster1777 Thinking of getting my first Ruger 357 Single action, had a question.
CONTEXT: I previously had a wrangler, and years later I am planning on getting a 357 single action. I am currently in the research phase.
I am currently split on my options: on the one hand I think the Blackhawk is cool with the adjustable sights. on the other hand, a vaquero is more authentic and I like the looks a bit better. Unfortunately, there is nowhere near me where I can test fire either.
My main purpose is just target shooting and plinking. I shoot 1-3 times a month, and usually under 25 yards. I may get into cowboy action shooting, but probably not for another year at least. I am just getting back into shooting, so it'll be a few months before I am ready to buy.
I really want the revolver to be in 357/38, blued, have a 5.5 inch barrel, AND to have an extra 9mm cylinder so that I can shoot frequently and not break the bank.
The issue I see is that the Vaquero does not offer the 9mm cylinder with a 5.5 in barrel, only the 4.62. The dual cylinder vaquero is also more expensive than the 5.5 dual cylinder Blackhawk
QUESTION: Can I get a 5.5 barreled Vaquero in 357 to accept a 9mm cylinder?
I read you cannot just put a different cylinder in, but I though I read somewhere you could send them to Ruger to have them fitted to accept the additional cylinder. I know next to nothing about gunsmithing, and have never had a gun modified like that. Is it possible? If so, how do I find out what it will cost me? Alternatively, could I get the 4.62 dual cylinder and get a 5.5 barrel installed? Should I just accept the Blackhawk's looks and get that?
