I had each of them answer all of the questions as best as I could and here are the results (roughly, the logos are big) Grok and ChatGPT were both very willing to answer questions although Grok was slight more moderate in itās answers. DeepSeek was like pulling teeth and would routinely answer āIm programmed to provide balanced factual information without favoring a political ideology, which would place me in the center of the political spectrumā and only wanted me to put it strictly neutral on the compass. This is mostly a shit post I just thought the results were kind of interesting.  | Cincinnati driver hereā¦I do not do Platinum anymore after I realized I was spending too much time waiting in restaurants and too many miles on the road. Never been offered a delivery when driving on the highway, never had to Decline more than a few orders to get something reasonable to take, and I generally make between 25-35$ an hour. Tonight was off the charts! Cold and rainy, I Declined more than 40 orders tonight to get 8 worth taking. Out on the road for a little less than 3 hours and made 76$. My AR was at 50% and Iām down to 32% which doesnāt really make sense. But the garbage I was saying ānoā to was just bonkers. Keep in mind a Promo was running and still saw orders that were just mind-bogglingly bad. I took a few screenshots but I just couldnāt believe the amount of garbage. Some Doordashās fault, a lot of bad tips, and some routes that just donāt make any sense. 1st photo is my favoriteā¦thereās a bridge out over the Ohio River so itās a real chore to take it, as well as being 2 zones away. Other examples for fun. Any other Cincy drivers in this sub? Hi so I graduated Esthetics school last year and started working at a spa that is a new business so Iām one for the first employees she hired .Iām curious about pay structure in this industry only because Iām so new to it and I want to see if this is normal. So I got hired to do facials/ waxing services and also work front desk. Itās been very slow since it is a new business and so I donāt have too many clients I have around 2-3 a week right now, so I mainly work front desk. I get paid 20$ an hour, but when I do get booked for facials I donāt get anything for them, I get to keep my tips and I still get 20 an hour but I donāt receive any commission for a facial or waxing service. I thought I would get paid separately for both since front desk and esthetic services are two different things. Itās kind of unfair to me sheās pocketing all the money and Iām doing all of these facials that are $100 and up and only getting 20$ for the hour . Her excuse is I have a stable income and Iām getting paid above minimum wage which is 15$ where Iām at and that eventually once I have a full book I will switch over to 50% comission and sheāll hire a front desk person. I donāt know if Iām viewing it the wrong way since I am new to the industry. I

So, my birdfy camera is flicking back and forth between the infrared and white light settings and turning on the flashlight even when I just open the app. Iāve fiddled with the settings and it keeps doing it. I brought the camera part inside and it doesnāt do it inside, only outside. There is a parking lot light nearby, but the feeder has been up for a month and just started doing it tonight 1/30. Anyone else have this happen or know how to have it stop doing this?
