2025.01.31 02:40 jyster1996 Earn per hour? Or per offer?
Which is better? Does it depend on the area or however long your dashing for? I’ve done a few sessions now and in my mind it makes more send to do the per active hour with tips especially in a busy area and if you’re dashing for like 4 hours or more at a time. But I feel like if you’re only doing it for an hour or two per offer is better considering you’re not relying on the hourly active rate. Might just be my brain trying to maximize my earnings. What do you guys think? Any strategies for maximizing earnings?

I was looking so forward to playing a new OMD, but was so disappointed.
How did they ruin such a good formula? As a solo player since the first game, I find this version so overwhelming from the get-go. Instead of unlocking things over time, learning from simpler maps to more complex maps, enemy progression and overall coming together into insane levels near the end. they just throw everything at you at once, big maps, soooooooo many traps and no real sense of progression.
I saw that this game is intended to be played with friends, but what a weird way of doing it, there isn't really any way to teach new players and ease them into the game besides some videos.
I would love to be proved wrong but it seems to be the consensus. I usually play on PC, but I thought Id give it a go on my tv with the Xbox, but what a garbage port.
I hope they can fix it but Im not hopeful.

2025.01.31 02:40 Minimum-Walk1948 Got fired today and I feel so guilty (and angry)
So I worked at my last job for 2 years and never heard anything about my performance. Nothing bad, nothing good. It was a very boring customer service job, the manager rarely even spoke to me. Finally when I hit the two year mark I asked for a raise. Didn’t hear anything for a month. But suddenly I was doing my job all wrong. I got written up for not being welcoming enough on the phone one day before I got fired. I feel guilty because I know I could’ve done my job better, and often I was short with customers that would verbally attack me over the phone for upholding company policy. I know that just because they treat me a certain way does not mean I have the right to dish it back, especially being in the position that I was in. But something just feels weird about all this. How come when I finally asked for a raise they only looked at all the things I was doing wrong? How come I got written up for the first time one day before being fired? While I know I could’ve done my job better, this feels unjust.

So, my gf and have been together since 2023, almost 2 years now, and I believe the relationship is pretty much dead…we don’t have sex anymore, can’t communicate well and fight over stupid things. I guess I always knew it wouldn’t work since the start but I just wanted her to be “the one” idk and I’m the biggest procrastinator. Anyway…now, the reason why I’m procastinating is because we decided to move to another country together last year (I know, not the best idea ever) so we kind of only have each other here now, no friends, nothing yet. Plus, she doens’t even have a job here yet so I’m mostly “responsable” for her…so it’s not like I can say “it’s over, go back to your place”….it sucks, I don’t know what to do now :/

Taking part 1 in March and starting to feel extremely overwhelmed…optoprep average is sitting at about 68% and 63% for timed tests…I’ve gone through almost all of the KMK big 8 and non big 8 and I feel like I’ve gotten nowhere this month….feeling lost and disheartened and not sure how to best navigate the next 6 weeks.
