 | At least once a day, but sometimes as much as four times, I get a notification that something on my network has a conflict for an IP. I did some lookups on the IP and it's a public IP that's owned by a local provider - but not mine. It's very weird. My Dream Machine Pro SE is connected two two ISP's. One is primary at 99% usage (Verizon FIOS) and the second is a 5G modem connected to Google Fi (via T-Mobile) which is running 1%. I'm only running this particular load balance, so the 5G modem stays online. Few days ago I posted being afraid and thinking I can't handle joining a Small MSP servicing mostly Law Firms client.
I read a lot of MSP experiences and that scared me a lil bit. But here I am, joined a 7 team MSP. Owner, OM/Superskilled SysAdmin, and about 5 tech that can handle level 1-3 tickets including mini/major projects depending on our skillset, accuracy and efficiency.
For the record, I know in the following weeks I will be thrown to the jungle but this MSP strategy is surprisingly organized.
They gave me access to clients infra account from standard up to even global accounts (of course it comes with great responsibility). I finally can say I will enjoy this as I will have a lot of exposure to various stack despite it being so demanding at times.
The Owner is overseeing everything and also doing tickets himself. The OM is a skilled sysadmin/client success manager at the same time and ensuring I have a gradual yet progressive and structured training despite their schedule being so hectic. The other techs training me are well verse with documenting their work, SOPS and love training me.
The Law Firm clients are not that terible (well I am in canada so not sure if its diffrrent in US).
I know it's very early to say this but I beleive I will have a good journey with them. Planning to absorb and skill up a lot for my stay with them for about 2-3 yrs and finally try sys admin roles in the future after patching and plosihing my skillset.
I just want to say if you're determined, you might match a group of people that are motivated and work positively.

When listening to recordings of not just the Potomac disaster, but average everyday exhanges between pilots and ATC, it seems like the connection quality is often extremely poor. There's a lot of static, and words don't come through very clearly, resulting in exchanges that are extremely garbled and unintelligible.
I know that a lot of it is standard comms between operators with experience, and even if you couldn't quite hear what was said, you pretty much know what's being expressed.
But even listening intently with no other distractions, I can barely make out a fraction of these exchanges.
Does it sound substantially different in their headsets versus the recordings, or is it just their level of experience that allows them to understand what's being expressed?

Dry fire from concealment; dry fire from holster, use snap caps to shoot one round, do an emergency reload or load your magazines with snap caps and do a tactical reload. Practice shoot drills such as El Presidente, Bill drill, dirty 30, Dickens drill, FBI qualification drill. All these drills will keep you solid. Attached are my attempt at the “dirty 30”. 10 rounds each at 7yd, 10 yd and 15 yd. All rounds should be within 10. The target is wrong. Have a 2016 Colorado 2.8L duramax that’s deleted and tuned with a sport eco tune. Every time I tow my fuel filters goes bad pretty quickly. Trailer is 6x12 v nose trailer that weighs 1950 empty. Am I just asking to much of the truck or is there something I can change? Not super knowledgeable on the subject. TIA!

This album was absolutely amazing. I loved all the performances from all the members from the band, especially Kevin Abstract and Dom. This album was so versatile with having crazy bars and amazing singing. The production on this album was great too. The overall album sounded very cohesive and I also loved how the album opened up with 4 really hard hitting songs then after the skits heading more towards more soft and r&b type of songs. I also like how a lot of theme had to do with self identity. Overall such an amazing listen and I love this album. I’m so disappointed that brockhampton as a group isn’t making any more music though and I wish I discovered them earlier.
