I know this has been discussed before but I’ve read every single post on every forum and I wanted to make my own in the hopes someone might say something that hasn’t already been said
I used to play FOMT as a kid and my husband recently got this little handheld gaming device that has hundreds of old games on it so I’ve taken the game back up and I’m doing so much better now as an adult. Like it’s boring because my farm and animals are so streamlined and I’m married and as a kid I couldn’t manage any of that.
Naturally I started looking into more of the challenging aspects so I’ve gotten most of the power berries and done most of the upgrades to my house and have all the mythril tools so I decided to get the cursed tools. Guys I’m going crazy. After like 20 tries I found the fishing pole on the 29th floor but I’ve been on the 39th floor for days of real time. I must have reloaded from my save point on the 38th floor and cleared the 39th over a hundred times already and haven’t found the second cursed tool.
Giving up would make the game less fun for me at this point because I’m so obsessed with making it happen. I know it’s silly but I’ve already invested so much time and I don’t even have much time each day to play so to just load up in the mine is starting to feel like a chore.
Any advice on where to look or how to find it beyond just keep trying? I even tried to figure out how to make cheats on there work since the device gives you the option to input them. all I wanted was unlimited stamina to make the search faster but I’ve tried everything I’ve found online and that didn’t work so I’m just reloading over and over and never finding it and I’m sad and frustrated over a game!!

I recently posted about a problem that I’ve been having where I get fired from companies that I have barely worked for for seemingly no reason, even upon asking them. I’m tired, I need money to survive and apparently I cannot be relied on to keep a job even when I try my best. I just keep facing discrimination and ableism in the workplace over and over again, and a simple retail or fast food job is not gonna cut it right now. I also live in a very rural area, and I’ve been looking and looking and looking and looking, but there are just no good jobs.
I tried filing for unemployment, I didn’t qualify because I didn’t work enough hours in the base year. For context, I live in Washington state, USA.
I’m wondering if I should even try applying for disability, because honestly that feels like the only reliable source of income right now.
I understand that most autistic people do not work, and I am using every bit of energy that I have to not become part of that statistic. I’m just so tired. No matter what I do, nothing seems right.

Heading over to Squamish/Whistler in the middle of feb to go and take a little vacation. Mostly looking at day hikes, so far, I've eyed Sigurd Peak as a good 12-18 hour ascent.
In terms of experience I've done day hikes around 4-5,000 feet elevation gain in the sierra, and recently did Mount Morrison off of convict lake last month.
I'm willing to do anything in the area, but I like to do more alpine style ascents so camping kinda beats the purpose for me.

Hi everyone, I am brand new to the fandom. I started the first book on January 1st after hearing about it on TikTok for months. I deleted my social medias from my phone because I was spending way to much time on the apps and with this increased free time I am now about 1/3 of the way through Book 6. I literally have no desire to do anything else but to read these books.
Now my question and reason for posting is what do I do once I finish it. I have seen a lot of people will reread the series or move over to the audiobooks and while that is on my list I typically need some time before I can really sit down and reread a book. I found out there was a kickstarter today and I was able to back it late to get the cool swag.
But what do I do with myself. What other series or forms of content can I consume to fill the gap that this series is going to leave with me. What can I do to get caught up with the Fandom so I can get the jokes and find the merch and be apart of the culture.
Also how do you pitch this series to friends to get them interested to read it. What can I do, truly every free moment is typically dedicated to reading these books. I want to join the Patreon once I am caught up but what else.
Thank you in advance, but I have read 2,867 pages as of time of writing this and its only the 30th day of the year. I need something for the other 335 days that are left in this year :)
