If your pulse rate is an issue, listen to "Pink Noise" or "Green Noise" at a low volume before donating which may help reduce your pulse rate, along with its effect on lowering your blood pressure. \ 8. There is a risk of getting a blown vein if the worker is having a hard time finding your vein when they're sticking you with the needle or if you have small veins. You may get deferred until your vein heals if that happens. But it's ok, your body is able to regenerate your veins with a process called Angiogenesis. \ 9. There is a risk of blood clots, but when your blood is constantly moving through the machine it prevents that from happening. \ 10. You may be subject to drug screening. The drug screening tests for methamphetamines, cocaine, and heroin. Certain pharma prescription meds may show up as a false positive so you'll want to let the plasma center know what meds you're taking. Testing positive for these drugs can result in a permanent deferral from donating plasma. \ 11. A sample of your blood will be drawn periodically to test for certain sexually transmitted infections (STIs). A positive test will result in either a temporary or permanent deferral from donating plasma. If you've ever been diagnosed or received treatment for HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B (HBV) or Hepatitis C (HCV) you will be permanently deferred from donating plasma.\ \ • Wait a few hours before taking the bandage wrap off of your arm after donating.\ • It's recommended to use Vitamin E oil/Mineral oil on the needle site for the puncture area to heal better. A Q-tip can be used to apply it easier. I simply dip the Q-Tip in the bottle, but never dip the used cotton back into the bottle.\ • Frequently donating over a prolonged period of time may lead to your body having decreased vitamin D levels.\ • Red meats are particularly high in the protein vitamins and minerals found in plasma. \ • Personally, I take a Now brand Vitamin D supplement that contains vitamin D3, Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc. But I only take a half a dose, 1 gel capsule instead of 2, since I get these from eating meats and other foods as well. It's bad for your health if you take too much of these vitamins and minerals over time. I also take an Iron supplement once or twice a week. I also try to drink a protein shake before donating. Just to be safe.\ \ Donating Plasma with Managed Diabetes\ \ Individuals with well-controlled diabetes can contribute to plasma donation, but certain criteria need to be met:\ Absence of Complications: This means no existing diabetic complications affecting your kidneys, heart, blood vessels, or eyes.\ Insulin Independence: If you rely on insulin for diabetes management, a three-month waiting period is required after using needles for non-prescribed medications. 10 years of my life. I totally understand the idea of “never regret, lessons needed to be learned, you loved them with everything at one point etc etc.” but I deeply regret giving him so much of my time. He was my partner of 10 years but best friend of 15.
As I type my feelings out I’m angry. Words are coming fast but needed to be released. Reddit has been the best healing ground for me. ❤️‍🩹At first with my sobriety, now heartbreak and abandonment trauma.
I never betrayed his trust. I was loyal to the end. But I held him accountable. Which in turn made me a villain to him. Only there to tell him what to do when at the end of the day at 32 he will always be a forever teenager. Stuck in the same basement at his mother’s until further notice. But at least he gets to skateboard and play video games and not doing stinky laundry anymore. Life is too short to worry about scary adult things.
Side note I’ll never get over begging him to brush his teeth or change his underwear cause it made kissing him taste really gross. (GIRL U DID NOT LOVE YOURSELF) 💔🙃🫨
I’m angry because the door has finally opened and friends who didn’t want to upset me finally told me in fact he does have a girlfriend and most likely has for a while. Thankfully someone I don’t know and don’t care to. This isn’t about jealousy, or sadness. While I’m angry now the deep rooted issue is disgust. Even though I knew deep in my soul his bullshit reasoning of “wanting to live on his own, haven’t really been single most of his adult life etc etc was exactly that. Bullshit.
But why would I be surprised when he broke up with me in the early hours of my birthday? About a month before our 10 year anniversary? Or the fact he did this the same month of a new year long lease that I am now responsible for?
The reasoning people ask me often is why? I know theyre thinking I MUST be leaving a big part out. There wasn’t a big blow out though. He never gave me the decency of a conversation. Without any respect he erased me just like that. He couldn’t bare to see me face to face realizing he was seeing someone else.
As I’m here picking up the pieces. Like I always have. He lives fun and spontaneous while I struggle to make the full amount of rent until July. Him tainting my birthday until further notice.
I’ve really tried to dive deep into my healing process for the last 6 months. To feel everything, to better understand my trauma, and to really own up to my role in the demise of our relationship. For a decade I spent the entirety of my 20s trying to grow. Not only myself but for us as a couple. I waited and waited but truly not for him to change. I loved him as he was. He was still the most handsome man and someone i was proud to call my boyfriend. To defend him against anyone who told me otherwise. It was never about the money, career status or looks. I just wanted him to love me and show me with his actions. So I do regret giving him my all. So very deeply wishing I could have left years ago

Just wanted to share a few of my thoughts about their assets
Keldon Johnson - not interested. Would rather send him to a third team.
Devin Vassell - honestly think he would be a really good fit and has room to improve. Don't know if the kings want his contract
Stephon Castle - would be ecstatic if we can get him. Would not be too upset about sending Carter the other way if necessary.
Jeremy Sochan - probably not a good fit but this team needs length badly so wouldn't be surprised if the kings ask for him.
Zach Collins - ideal backup big for Sabonis. Would really like him on the squad, especially if we can ship Huerter to match salary.
Malaki Branham - could be interesting. Team needs more young talent so wouldn't mind picking him up.
Blake Wesley - pass
Tre Jones - pass. Last thing this team and kings fans need is Monte acquiring another short guard who can't shoot.
Julian Champagnie - potential solid 3 and D wing player. Would love if we could snag him.
ATL 2025 1st - a must include in any trade.
ATL 2027 1st - also a must.
Other 1sts - 2-3 required if we do not acquire Castle.

I was wondering if there was any way possible to simply access someone else's Gmail inbox on a different device from your own if you have their e-mail address? I have found some software that let's you do so from your own device, in order to keep track of your kids' e-mails. Sort of like parental control programs.
I sent an e-mail I wish I hadn't, nothing too bad, but it would be a relief to go in there and delete it, or at least know the message is in the inbox, unopened hopefully.
If anyone knows something I can do, I would appreciate the help.
