So, I (28F) work in a mid-level position at a marketing firm. My company is fairly small, and we’re a tight-knit team of about 15 people. Recently, I’ve started to notice some suspicious behavior from one of my coworkers, let’s call her “Hannah” (32F). At first, I thought I was overthinking things, but as time went on, I began to see patterns that didn’t sit right with me.
It all started when I saw her acting weird about the office’s inventory system. I handle a lot of the administrative tasks, including managing supplies and ordering new materials when things run low. A few weeks ago, I noticed that some items that should’ve been in stock weren’t, and the quantities didn’t add up with the orders we’d placed. I thought it could just be a mistake, but it happened again the next week. Then, one day, I caught her in the supply room, acting nervous when I walked in.
After that, I decided to pay closer attention, and I started to notice more odd things: missing office equipment, files with suspiciously low usage reports, and discrepancies between our sales data and the materials purchased. So, I decided to look into it more deeply, and after a little bit of digging, I found that Hannah had been taking company property and selling it online. It wasn’t a huge amount of money, but it was still theft, and it was clearly affecting the company.
I struggled with whether or not I should say something because Hannah and I had worked together for a while, and I didn’t want to cause drama. But I also couldn’t ignore what I’d found. I finally reported it to my boss, who took the situation seriously. They conducted an internal investigation, and it turns out that Hannah had been stealing for months. The company decided to let her go, and from what I understand, they’re pursuing legal action.
Now, I’m feeling guilty. I know I did the right thing, but I also feel bad for her. She had been going through some personal issues, and I honestly don’t know why she thought this was the right way to handle things. Some of my other coworkers have said I did the right thing, but others are telling me I should’ve just talked to her first or found a way to handle it privately.
So, AITA for reporting my coworker for stealing from the company?
Edit: To clarify, I never accused her directly. I went to my boss with the evidence I had, and they took it from there. I didn’t want to get into a confrontation or make things worse for her.

I have a 23 premium and I am wanting to finally close the gap on my wheels which are the stock premium wheels, and I was getting ready to pull the trigger twice as IIR has a open box set of springs for a inch from $445 to only $245, come to find out a inch isn’t much to make it look perfect, I then looked online at ebach I believe where it was 2 inches but recommend control arms to adjust for camber… and my friends who also own VBs haven’t dropped yet so idk what to do in this situation? is that what I have to do to get perfect fitment like this? Hi! Its 4am from where im from and a book i read in middle school, so around 15 years ago, popped up in my head. Note: Im italian but I have no idea if the book was a translation or wrote by an italian author
What I remember: -The protagonist was a british(?) middle schooler girl, I vague recall her wearing a uniform for school -She was raised by a single mother -In the first pages she talks about her and her mother having a special day of the week/month where they only eat red food -She is consider a tomboy/prolem child and butts head with her teacher -She has to write a report about victorian era kids and she learns about the life of this other girl of her age from the 1800s. She is really annoyed at first but then she gets more and more into it -I think the victorian era girl dies and that upsets her really much -At the end, she and the teacher became close -This is the doll part: The teacher gifts her a victorian era doll of the size of a palm/finger and tells her that said model of dolls share the name with the protagonist (which sadly I do not remember)

I have never played a Nikki game before and kind of just stumbled upon it. I was looking for a fun fashion/dress up game that was customizable and Infinity Nikki was free on ps5. The anime style isnt usually my style so I was nervous (usually play games like RDR2 Online, Ark, Medieval Dynasty, Hogwarts Legacy) but I gave it a fair shake and im head over heels!

As you can see, I'm got some of that creamy goodness inside my 2006 Yamaha wave runner FXHO. It's got less than 100 hours on the engine and has been serviced here and there but I definitely put it through the ringer. It got a full service a few months ago and it was fine. I have sent it off some pretty big waves but the oil was fine until recent.
I've done two flush and fills so far. Added some marvel mystery oil as well as ATF. I'm just gonna keep flushing to see if it gets better.
Questions are just what could be causing this besides a blown head gasket? Ive read somehow a thermostat getting stuck open could do it but idk how that would let water get to the oil. Never worked much on a ski engine so I'm a bit lost and would like to not take it to a shop.
Two notes, it also smelled like fuel. Drained the oil into a milk jug and capped it. Opened it up later and it definitely was fuel smelling. So that's cool. Could an injector getting stuck open add fuel to the oil?
Also I know the flushing steps are starting your ski then turn on the water. But I definitely don't adhere to that religiously so there's a chance I've hooked it up with water for a few seconds before turning it over and I recently read that could be bad and push water into the oil.
Where the hell do I start if flushing doesn't make it better?

At some point in life did you ever have a friend that you trusted would be there for you and listen to you without judging? Someone that makes you feel safe sharing what’s on your mind? At different points in my life I had friends like that, but time and distance eroded those friendships.
I tend to mask a lot of my problems and try to talk as little as possible about what’s going on in my life. For that reason I often feel very isolated despite having plenty of people to hang around. I am seeking a friend who’s also looking for that sort of openness. I am looking for people who are kind, patient, understanding and supportive. It’s also important to me that we have a good amount of interests in common!
I would describe myself as an introverted extrovert. I get a lot of energy from being around people and I get along well with different personality types but I also really enjoy my own space. I guess you could say I am the “golden retriever” type. I am usually very jovial and expressive. I get excited a bit too easily so I am prone to being distracted. Despite this though I work really hard to be a good listener. I am very curious by nature so I love learning about people or just new things in general but I tend to be a little reserved until I warm up to people. I always try to be polite, thoughtful, and inclusive to those around me. I consider myself to be very progressive politically but I do enjoy some unhinged humour so long as it’s not just outright hateful. I enjoy media consumption a little too much (lol). I enjoy watching videos, reading news articles, listening to music, and playing games.
But enough about me! I made a short and hopefully interesting questionnaire to help me find people that I will likely mesh with the best! The questions are meant to give me an idea of your personality/interests while also being fun and quick. Be warned though I am only interested in friends at least 21+ and prefer people around my age. I am also looking for people around the EST time zone as it makes chatting and hanging out much easier. 🙂

I’m real tired of people complaining about the story BEFORE WE HAVE EVEN BEEN ABLE TO PLAY IT. There’s been countless things over the years that implied Oryx was still alive to a certain extent, so why this comes as a surprise to some people mainly those who have reacted negatively is beyond me.
People are also upset because apparently this means we won’t see Savathun or Xivu. ?????? Do y’all hear yourselves? You think we’re getting Hive episode about the Hive pantheon without any of the three hive gods getting involved? Is that where we’re at as a community now?
