We're working with this as a base concept plan and playing around with the idea of a backyard add on that would act as a multipurpose space - think extra living room, kids rumpus room, guest room, extra office space (only small). If we do this then we're considering the potential impact this then has on the main floor plan - i.e. would we move laundry out and utilise this space different. Office space in the main floor plan is required somewhere.
We want footprint to be pretty moderate and max 2 rooms. Location wise working into where the Grassed Court / Winter Fire Pit is would be the preference. Maybe above the Carport if we can't get the overall backyard flow right. Would love to play with a L shaped and/or mezzanine design as something a bit unique.
Excited for ideas!

I am currently an ALT but have been applying to jobs to work at international schools and private schools for next year I have secured a second interview with a private school but they are now requesting two references.
I was hoping you someone could provide any advice on who to use at my references. I am a little worried about using any of my current teachers or faculty members that I work with as there are still a couple months left in the school year and I fear it would look poorly on me.
Any advice or experiences would be very much appreciated!

2025.01.31 03:00 dirpymoonmoney 1998 v6 misfire
I have a 1998 3.8L v6 mustang with a 5 speed, it is a recent rebuild due to no compression on any of the cylinders, it runs great but there is a miss on cylinder 3 only at idle it is not a constant miss but it is there, assuming all of the new parts are not perfect where would I start on diagnosing the issue? It has new plugs, plug wires, injectors, fuel pump and all of the gaskets have been replaced during the rebuild and all of the cylinders are very close on compression. If any one can point me in a direction that would be great.

2025.01.31 03:00 seld-m-break- Which part do you wish you’d discovered sooner?
Multiboard has a LOT of parts and there’s no denying they can be hard to find or understand at times. Which obscure or non-obvious parts do you wish you’d known about earlier in your multiboard project?
For me it’s the offset pegs. I’d either glossed over them (as the picture provides no real context) or just not seen them at the bottom of the parts library. They’re fantastic for reducing flex on my 9x9 tiles without needing to add DS offset snaps. Retrofitting them to what I have up is a little daunting though so I wish I’d been using them from the get go.

 | So this is my water heater system and the other day I was hearing some sounds, maybe normal but you know when your house creaks to heat expansion or the cold, it was kinda like that, I took a look and noticed the drip, but it doesn’t seem to be dripping.
