Well. As the title states, I ate 9,000 calories in 2 days. Just 5 days ago I went out with friends and over ate over 2,000 calories. Was bloated the five days after, had to take laxatives for the pain.
Then, in 2 days I do it again while I’m staying with my friend and her toddler. I even worked out for almost a hour today and still over over 3,700 calories.
I went from 146-102, I’m more than likely back up to 110 due to the OVER access of calories I’ve eaten. Even if most of it is water weight and to be honest I feel absolutely terrible about it. I want to keep the weight off and lean out, and instead I pigged out and I low key do feel like shit for it.
Any advice or tips? Thank you.

A month ago I got a voicemail from my insurance company stating I was in an accident. I thought it was a scam so I never reached out or called them back since my car is fully intact. I finally called back since I received an email that someone recorded me on the freeway with my license plate and claimed a hit and run on me. If I would have hit a car I would have noticed or even pulled over. The only issue is my friend drove my car a week ago and hit pole/ curb pulling out the market causing me to get a flat tire and some scratches/dent on the area that I supposedly hit them. I do have an appointment to get my car fixed Monday. I also have my inspection appointment scheduled on that following Friday. Now I’m scared that they’ll use those bumps and scratches to support their claim. Should I not fix my car ? In the recording it’s simply just me driving in front of them for 30 seconds (without changing my speed or anything). I don’t want to be claimed for something I didn’t do nor do I want my insurance to go up since I’m only 25 years old. What should I do ?

I completely lost my promise ring that my husband got me when we were dating and I prayed and asked God today to just let me find it. I actually thought I may have left it in another state. I was just now digging through my art supplies at my mom’s house to take to my house and I found the box and ring hidden in my oil paint drawer. I think I’d put it there because I was afraid it’d get stolen. I had completely forgotten. I’ve had a really awful start to my year ( a miscarriage ) but it’s reassuring to know that God still cares about something as small as a ring because it mattered to me.

do you ever look at someone, think they're cute then want to be closer to them? idk, i feel like if i don't I'll end up missing out on a close relationship/friendship that i would want but then again, I don't know this person that well so i cant say that it'll happen anyway. I fantasise about spending time with them but idk if it's because I want to do that or if it's just out of habit because that's what i used to do but now it doesnt give me any satisfaction or feeling of any kind. when i acc do see them, i get nervous, butterflies and what not but then i'm like why? idk this person, i probably won't miss out on anything by not knowing them, it'll prolly be a waste of time to get to know them because it won't go anywhere, we prolly won't even be friends so wth? whenever i picture me and someone else as a "couple", it kinda just feels off? or if i were to picture us on a date or something, idk, i feel like i shouldn't be in that situation. i've always avoided any romantic confrontation because 1 i wasnt allowed to date and 2 it made me anxious. but idk if i've ever wanted to date anyone anyway. i've wanted people to be interested in me, spend time with me, maybe cuddle them (shocking because i'm so awkward with physical touch, even with friends it feels so unnatural) but putting it in a romantic context makes me go "this is weird or that doesn't look right". idk, this is basically me trying to figure out what kind of attraction i've been experiencing. what are y'all's experiences?

Have had a '23 for 1 year. 9500mi.
On a drive this evening, the car turned on normally but the blind spot monitoring was not working (warning in dash and the blind spot lights in mirror stayed on)
Concurrently, the steering was was more difficult and was making a noticeable pulsing "womp womp" sound when steering. Shut the car off and drove it again 30 min later and there seemed to be no issue then. Normal steering and no errors
It seems like others have had similar issues after reading through other forums, it seemed like the issue could be with the IBS sensor.
Has anyone else here experiences this glitch? Definitely concerned with a possible loss of steering at high speed. Our vehicle has already been serviced for the steering-relates recall.
