This is the Ford expedition Eddie Bauer edition 2004 (vin L). It has the 5.4L 2v triton engine, I know that the 5.4 3 valve has a common issue with the timing chain. I’m unsure if it’s the same thing for the 2 valve. I believe I have a timing chain noise, I thought I’d get a better opinion from more knowledgeable people before doing the work. Specs rtx 3070 I5 13600k 16gb ram Game installed on ssd
I have watched a bunch of benchmark videos where the user has the same or worse specs than me and is getting way more fps. I generally get 100-160 fps. But I’m seeing people with my same specs getting 300+. I play on medium to low settings and 1080p. All the power modes for my pc are on ultimate and prioritizing cs2. I have tried a few launch options which helped a little but I’m still not getting nearly as much as I think I should. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have another account that when it was new got lots of views right away and it was pre recorded videos... I have the x360 and frequently switch between using it as a tablet to write on with a stylus and back to regular laptop mode. However, sometimes when I flip it back into laptop mode the keyboard is stuck in a “command mode”. For example when I press the H key it’ll bring up history instead of typing H. The only way ive been able to fix it is restarting my laptop every time. is there any way to turn this function off to prevent it from happening at all or turn it off without restarting my computer

The Real Canadian Superstore via PC Optimum has now made it almost impossible for card-holding consumers like me to access points that are denied us due to PC Optimum computer error. … Before that (i.e. last fall), Real Canadian Superstore, unlike its Save-On-Foods store competition, yet again squeezed down what it will honor with regards to price matching as well as the purchase or loyalty points it offers.
Even worse, since 2023 the points offerings I had previously received have been cut in half: from 200 points per $1 spent (before taxes when it’s applicable), to only 100 per $1 spent. 100 points translate into 10 cents. ... All of this while Loblaws, along with other giant grocer corporations, have been raking-in record profits, year after year, while a record number of people have to choose between which necessities of life they can afford. To say it feels unfair is an understatement, but what can I or most other shoppers realistically do about it?
There still are many Canadians who hold the erroneous notion that they live and buy in a nation with truly competitive and therefore consumer-fair markets. But in reality, big corporations are able to get unaccountably even bigger, defying the very spirit of government oversight rules established to ensure healthy competition by limiting concentrated ownership — especially in regards to corporations selling and profiteering from the necessities of life, notably food. Those rules, however, are largely un-enforced by the government.
I feel that the heavily corporatized mainstream news-media, which is virtually all of it, has been editorially emasculated thus negligent when it comes to regularly investigating and exposing such societally consequential oversight-rule breaking. I see this as a problematically large part of a corpocratic existence fueled by elected officials getting indebted thus beholden to huge corporate entities, particularly due to their generous political monetary donations. Meanwhile, way too many people, perhaps an all-time-high percentage, have to choose between which necessities of life they can afford.
A very large and growing populace are increasingly too overworked, tired, worried and even rightfully angry about food and housing unaffordability thus insecurity for themselves or their family — largely due to insufficient income — to criticize or boycott Big Business/Industry for the societal damage it needlessly causes/allows, particularly when not immediately observable. And I doubt that this effect is totally accidental, as it greatly benefits the interests of insatiable corporate greed.
The more that such corporations make, all the more they want — nay, need — to make next quarterly. It’s never enough, yet the news-media will implicitly celebrate their successful greed, a.k.a. ‘stock market gains’. At the same time, corporate officers will shrug their shoulders and defensively say their job is to protect shareholders’ bottom-line interests. And, of course, the shareholders also will shrug their shoulders and state they just collect the dividends and that the big bosses are the ones who make the decisions involving ethics or lack thereof.
It really seems there's little or no human(e)/moral accountability when the biggest profits are involved, perhaps even inversely proportionally so. Nor can there be a sufficiently guilty conscience if the greed-motivated malpractice continues. ‘We are a capitalist nation, after all,’ the morally lame business-as-usual justification typically goes.
Still, there must be a point at which corporate greed thus practice will end up hurting big business’s own monetary interests. Or is the unlimited-profit objective/nature somehow irresistible? It brings to mind the allegorical fox stung by the instinct-abiding scorpion while ferrying it across the river, leaving both to drown.

Hey Skyrim fans,
Been thinking about the Restoration loop and how to use it effectively without breaking the game. My goal is to create a ring that significantly enhances both my Smithing and Alchemy skills.(The ultimate crafting ring)
My idea: Use the loop to make a Fortify Enchanting potion, but keep the effect reasonable (like 1000% max). Then, use that potion to enchant a ring with Fortify Smithing and Fortify Alchemy. This way, I get a good crafting boost when I wear the ring, without drinking another fortified smithing or alchemy potion.
Has anyone tried something similar? I haven't tested this yet, so I'm curious if it actually works as I envision it, or if I'm missing something crucial. Let me know what you think!

I know that it isn't a bad grade, but I have set really high standards for myself. I am a high school senior and have a 3.87UW, 4.36W GPA. Last year I had 2 quarters with all As. I have a 4.0 across the classes I've taken at the local community college, you get the picture. I am taking pre calc this year, and to say the least I do not match the teachers teaching style. We get videos and very little in class instruction. Due to this and honestly putting off the work, I ended up with a B. The last time I got anything lower than a B+ was the first quarter of 7th grade. I am happy to have passed the class and gotten a decent grade for most peoples standards, but it is really hard to not be too hard on myself. I know it will be okay, but it is stressful. I am into my dream college with $94,000 in merit scholarship. I know it isn't very rational, but I am stressing about loosing either my scholarships or my acceptance. I guess I just needed to vent, but if you have any tips on how to not be too harsh that would be greatly appreciated
