My PA got mad at me bc I get triggered over everything. He says that just bc he looks at ppl doesn’t mean he’s checking them out. I told him i understood that but that I wish he was empathetic as to why I get so easily triggered. The reason: he used to “accidentally” check ppl out while driving to campus and also in the stores.
I hate how he doesn’t care to understand where this triggered stems from. I feel like maybe I should just get over it and I fear that he’ll just “accidentally” edge or act out bc of the assumption that he needs to be perfect.
All I wanted was empathy. I’m tired of being the bad person and feel like I’m blowing everything out of proportion. Like yea, I get triggered over every small thing bc HE made those things triggering.

Like, not sugarcoating or trying to get atention but most of the suposedly festive and happy days are getting more and more dire to go through lately. Always had problems trying to get excited at my birthday bc it's on an akward date (jan 5th) and I never bothered trying to do something bc most people I know are either broke, since they spent a lot on christmas/new years, or not interested since it's kind of a "family time" time of the year
