First reddit post so apologies if it’s confusing or long.
I found out I was muted by my partner on everything recently ( messages , instagram , discord , steam , WhatsApp , ect) which upset me a bit and I confronted him and he said he would unmute me , I feel like he secretly hasn’t because he still takes hours to reply even though he is constantly on his phone checking messages and group chats or just scrolling reels . When he is with me he always responds to his friends immediately even if they’ve only sent a reel or something . It’s hurt me quite a bit as I’m the only person muted on anything at all and I feel stressed and sad when I can see he is active but ignoring me , I try to support him with his troubles and offer advice but he just gives disgusted looks ( for example he was worried that if he couldn’t get back in to uni it would give his mum anxiety (fair enough ) , I said you shouldn’t avoid or only do things because you want others to be happy because it’s not fair on yourself and can make you unhappy and as a person with anxiety myself I know it’s not up to others to make me feel better like sure it helps but it’s up to me to help and support myself and he just gave me a disgusted look and I felt really defeated and like I said something awful . I don’t get much support from him with my life and he barely says anything nice like I love you or you’re pretty or anything I always have to initiate first , it’s really strange to me because when we see each other he can do all of that and be so sweet but when he’s back home it’s so different . Ive thought about muting him myself so I’m not constantly wondering how he is or what he’s up to even if he’s just at home on his phone because I feel like I’m annoying to him and he doesn’t want me around , I don’t want to keep brining it up and making him think I don’t trust him and I don’t want to start a fight by bringing it up but I’m not sure what I can do , any advice ?
Ps. It’s his first relationship and I’ve been in quite a few which have been bad and given me anxiety and other stresses so I don’t want to make this a bad experience for him because of my issues .

I have no idea if this is the right place to post this but I need help. The last couple of weeks, I have been having incredibly vivid and memorable dreams. I’ve always been good at recall but recently I’ve been able to remember 2-3 seperate dreams in detail a night. All of which have just been normal for me, no nightmares or anything.
So I started typing them into chatgpt as an experiment and told it to interpret them, and what emotions I might be processing behind them. Anyway, it’s been super interesting and mostly very accurate. But at the same time, putting so much effort into journalling has heightened my recall even more so.
Today as I was napping, I had the most terrifying dream experience of my life. I can type the whole thing out into the comments if anyone is interested but the essential part is that I was dreaming, and had a nightmare within the dream. So I had the nightmare (where a literal evil entity held me still while pinching me and spoke to me) and then I woke up, but it turns out I had “woken up” into another dream. I couldn’t remember what the entity actually said, I was just feeling incredibly scared. I was now in the movie theatre with my family feeling highly distressed when the screen changed and it LITERALLY REPLAYED MY NIGHTMARE back to me and to everyone. So I had some sort of panic attack and felt like I was crazy. Then I actually woke up.
Would love some thoughts on this, maybe I need to stop analysing so much? It felt like a warning.

So when i put my LO to bed at 7 pm i usually sneak away until i go to bed around 9:30pm. lately when i leave he wakes up every 10 min and then i have to lay with him again. it’s a repeating cycle until i go to bed. When we sleep he has to be cuddled 24/7 in order to sleep. How do i stop these things from happening??

Well. As the title states, I ate 9,000 calories in 2 days. Just 5 days ago I went out with friends and over ate over 2,000 calories. Was bloated the five days after, had to take laxatives for the pain.
Then, in 2 days I do it again while I’m staying with my friend and her toddler. I even worked out for almost a hour today and still over over 3,700 calories.
I went from 146-102, I’m more than likely back up to 110 due to the OVER access of calories I’ve eaten. Even if most of it is water weight and to be honest I feel absolutely terrible about it. I want to keep the weight off and lean out, and instead I pigged out and I low key do feel like shit for it.
Any advice or tips? Thank you.

A month ago I got a voicemail from my insurance company stating I was in an accident. I thought it was a scam so I never reached out or called them back since my car is fully intact. I finally called back since I received an email that someone recorded me on the freeway with my license plate and claimed a hit and run on me. If I would have hit a car I would have noticed or even pulled over. The only issue is my friend drove my car a week ago and hit pole/ curb pulling out the market causing me to get a flat tire and some scratches/dent on the area that I supposedly hit them. I do have an appointment to get my car fixed Monday. I also have my inspection appointment scheduled on that following Friday. Now I’m scared that they’ll use those bumps and scratches to support their claim. Should I not fix my car ? In the recording it’s simply just me driving in front of them for 30 seconds (without changing my speed or anything). I don’t want to be claimed for something I didn’t do nor do I want my insurance to go up since I’m only 25 years old. What should I do ?

I completely lost my promise ring that my husband got me when we were dating and I prayed and asked God today to just let me find it. I actually thought I may have left it in another state. I was just now digging through my art supplies at my mom’s house to take to my house and I found the box and ring hidden in my oil paint drawer. I think I’d put it there because I was afraid it’d get stolen. I had completely forgotten. I’ve had a really awful start to my year ( a miscarriage ) but it’s reassuring to know that God still cares about something as small as a ring because it mattered to me.
