How long have you been on contrave or bupropion + naltrexone? If you are maintaining, at what dose?
I been taking contrave / combination for 10 months now and have lost close to 50 pounds. Max dose I took was 25 naltrexone/ 300 bupropion xl. This is the lowest weight I have ever been in a very long time, I could lose a few more pounds but also happy and content at this weight. At my last doctors appointment I mentioned that maybe I could slowly taper off before stopping, so for the past 3 weeks I’ve been taking half of my usual dose to see if this works out. I’ve noticed an increase in appetite. I would start a bag of chips, but thankfully can still feel the need to stop most of the time before finishing the whole bag. I’ve had a few impulse buys online. And my mind is definitely cluttered, it’s very noisy, I’m thinking more about food and a lot of other things. I haven’t gained weight yet but I know it will come back at one point. Now, I want to ask my doctor just to maintain at a lower dose and not stop, but at the rate things are going, my maintenance dose would probably be the max dose I was at. My blood pressure might have been affected by this, not entirely sure but it is now controlled. I sometimes feel palpitations and increased heart rate- are these trade offs worth it? I’m realizing I might need to take this forever, will it work if I took bupropion only or need to be both? I know everyone is different but is there anyone here in the same boat or can offer advice?

 | hi, some of you guys in my last post wanted me to review the ltgtr shower gel and I’ve just tried it so let me tell you about it. First off immediately when pouring it on my hands, it was a super watery consistency unlike the other shower gels I have (which are thicker and don’t run down quickly when you pour) that’s the first major thing I noticed. The second thing is the scent is unfortunately not as strong as I had hoped it would be. I’d rate the smell like a 5.5/10, it smelt like a very very watered down version of the body spray. A third thing that I noticed was that it felt a bit more moisturizing compared to my other shower gels (such as sticky dates and posh chocolate). i feel very fortunate to have been accepted to two amazing schools! i am still waiting to hear back from others and get my financial aid package from both, but if i end up deciding between these two schools, which should i go with?
career goals include federal clerkship and as of now i am interested in pursuing a public interest career in federal Indian law and/or criminal defense.
right now i’m leaning towards umich given that its federal clerkship rate is higher, but i also don’t know if being in LA could be better for networking and career opportunities and general quality of life (the warm weather does sound super nice)
any advice and insight is appreciated :)

I have some activated carbon from past aquariums that I don't plan on using and I was wondering if I could use it for a terrarium instead of buying horticulture charcoal.
