2020 Player Strat with Floyd Rose Bridge, Upgraded brass block, EVH D-tuna, Kirk Hammett EMGs, Pearl Pickguard, switchlock and a killswitch.
2013 Swirl Telecaster with a Baritone Neck, Bigsby Bridge, Vibramate mounting plate, saddles, and string spoiler, and killswitch.
2014 Blacktop Telecaster (baritone option but neck swapped with swirl Tele), I believe this is the only telecaster with this pickup configuration and it also has the body contour.

First time posting but long time lurker and new attending. I was hoping to consult you all for advice on a patient with cancer who is declining all care including chemotherapy, palliative care, and blood transfusions. I have seen this patient multiple times in clinic and begged for them to go to the ED on many occasions but they refuse. They are rapidly declining and I’m not sure what else I am able to offer them.
Should I continue scheduling visits with them in clinic? I’m struggling between respecting their wishes while also protecting myself from liability (although their condition has been explained many times by many different doctors). I’m beginning to feel like our visits are futile as we are rehashing the same conversation every visit. Would love to hear your thoughts on how you would proceed.

as title says, my fps will be an even 180 and then randomly itll feel like it is just super choppy even though my fps in un changing, ive got an Dell G2725D, at 1440p and 180hz, ive got an rx 6800 and an i7-12700k, its happened on both warframe and roblox of all games, im at a loss of it being like a monitor issue or a settings issue, any help appreciated

Where can I find good wallpaper collections? I use the Photos face with my own pictures, but I want to find themed wallpaper collections - so basically a collection of up to 24 pictures but with a theme. For example 24 star wars themed pictures as a collection, or a collection of Ninja Turtle themed pictures etc. etc.
Worst case I just need to handpick my best 24 of a certain theme, but curious if it's something out there so it'd save me some time.

Vi har telt og alt som skal til for å dra på tur, og har lyst til å komme oss på tur, men vi kjenner oss så veldig usikre! Vi har et barn i tidlig skolealder og er redde for å dra hen ut i en usikker situasjon. Vi kjenner at i for bynære strøk er vi redd for gærne folk og lenger ut i naturen blir vi redde for å ha glemt noe essensielt, ikke ha godt nok utstyr osv. Å fryse litt skal vi liksom tåle, men så mye kan gå galt! Vi er er egentlig ganske robuste folk, men dette har blitt en skikkelig dørstokkmil. Vi vil jo ut i natur! Så.. Bør vi være redde?? Hva er deres beste tips? Hjelp!
