The sacroiliac joint (SIJ) is a putative source of low back pain. The objective of this article is to provide clinicians with a concise review of SIJ structure and function, diagnostic indicators of SIJ-mediated pain, and therapeutic considerations. The Sacroiliac Joint (SIJ) is a synovial joint between the auricular surfaces of the sacrum bone and the two ilium bones . The auricular surfaces are covered in hyaline cartilage and are broader above and narrower below. The Sacroiliac joint (commonly referred to as SIJ) is the joint connection between the spine and the pelvis. Large diarthrodial joint made up of the sacrum and the two innominates of the pelvis. Each innominate is formed by the fusion of the three bones of the pelvis: the ilium, ischium, and pubic bone. Sacroiliac joint (articulatio sacroiliaca) The sacroiliac joint is a synovial joint formed between the ilium and the sacrum.The left and right sacroiliac joints, together with the pubic symphysis and the sacrococcygeal joint, compose the articulations of the pelvic girdle.The sacroiliac joints connect the hip bones posterolaterally, while the pubic symphysis connects them anteriorly. Treatment of Sacroiliac Joint (SIJ) Syndrome is best approached from a multidisciplinary standpoint and it is not uncommon to see modalities such as manipulation included in the programme. Conservative treatment consists of exercise therapy and manual therapy. The sacroiliac joint lies between the sacrum and the ilium and connects the spine to the pelvic bones. The SIJ transfers large bending moments and compression loads to the lower extremities and acts as a stress reliever in the ‘force–motion’ relationships between the trunk and lower limb. The sacroiliac joint or SI joint (SIJ) is the joint between the sacrum and the ilium bones of the pelvis, which are connected by strong ligaments. In humans, the sacrum supports the spine and is supported in turn by an ilium on each side. The SIJ is unique in having elements of a combined synarthrosis and a diarthrosis – hence the term amphiarthrosis. The main portion of the joint is surrounded by a complex capsule and lined with cartilage (diarthrosis). Its shape is auricular, and ‘opens’ posteriorly. To review the anatomy and function of the sacroiliac joint (SIJ), as well as the pathophysiology, clinical presentation, diagnostic criteria, and treatment options for SIJ dysfunction. The SIJ serves an extremely crucial function in mobility, stability, and resistance against shear forces. The sacroiliac joint (SIJ) is a synovial joint between ilium and the sacrum. It has little movement and its main function is to transfer weight between the axial and lower appendicular skeletons. The sacroiliac joint is a symmetrical joint (i.e. is paired) with an oblique coronal orientation and is located at the S1-3 level 1-3.

Long time lurker, I appreciate everyone here because it has allowed me to learn so much!
I filed for my I-485 and I-765 concurrently in January 2024.
My I-360 / PD is: 12/2018 (El Salvador)
My visa date has been current since before I filed for my I-485, and here is the progression online:

February 13, 2024 We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case.
And
February 19, 2024 Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken
Since then- nothing.
I have a lawyer who helped me file, but honestly their office is terrifying to go to since they treat me like a nuisance- and there are files lining the walls from floor to ceiling.
I also filed a separate I-765 in the spring of 2024, and was approved almost immediately. (No help from lawyer there :/ )
I just need someone to please weigh in - with everything happening in the US I could really use a win right now. This has been a battle for so long, so much money on court for the SIJ, and overall mentally exhausted.

How is everyone dealing with employees multitasking in meetings? Specifically for ones that are focused on team collaboration. I’m hyper aware of how many team meetings I schedule because I think most meetings are a waste of time, so when I do have one, I prepare and try to fully utilize the time, and offer as much value as I can. I also think multitasking, in general, is a crock and some BS pushed on us by corporate America. The vast majority of people can only really focus on one thing at a time. I obviously could make some hard rules about meetings but I think that’s counterproductive. I need people to be engaged and actually collaborate to solve both technical and process issues. Have you been able to tackle this in a creative way that didn’t feel autocratic?

I plan to go to confession after my last confession 8 years ago. So yeah I have a long list of sins I'll confess. I just wanna ask these questions, thank you guys in advance for answering!:
1.) I'll say this before confession, "In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Bless me father for I have sinned against my God. Before I begin, I should mention that I struggle with scrupulosity. It has been 8 years ago when I was 8 years old I think since my last confession and these are my sins." Now, is this alright to say?
2.) Should I write my list of sins on paper to bring it in the confession (we don't have a printer). It's in my phone (journal app) right now btw. Then what do I do with that said paper after confession? (I can't burn it it might be too dangerous for me)
3.) Will people in the confession line be able to hear my confessions?
4.) Will the priest only keep listening to my list of sins then speak after I finish or will he ask questions to me even if I'm not done yet (like in between sins I say?)?
5.) I'll say this at the end of my confession "That's all father and I conclude those sins I could no longer remember." Is this a good way to say at the end?

2025.01.31 04:42 Anhaiser 2025 Ford Explorer ST or 2025 Toyota 4Runner?

Context. I am trying to get my first new vehicle and am looking at getting an SUV as an upgrade for size and utility. I've driven a 2013 Ford Focus hence the wish to upgrade.
I am currently stuck between the two choosing a more everyday vehicle with the Explorer or a more off road vehicle with the 4Runner. They suit different wants that I have and can't figure out which to get.
The 4Runner has has just reached its 6th generation and undergone many changes compared to even the 2024 version. I'm hesitant on purchasing this solely for the fact of it being a first year of the generation and is likely to have issues and kinks that Toyota needs to work out. I want this vehicle as I am an big into outdoors and would love to have a vehicle that I can take anywhere and enable my hobbies. An issue is the lack of inventory which may lead me to what for a long time.
I want the Explorer as (out of the other SUVs I've tried) I enjoy its ride and design the most. It has a lot of amenities I want, sound packages, large sun roof, increased engine capability, and is readily available right now. This accompanied with increased size and the third row is extra on top.
The Explorer is around 62K and the 4Runner at around 66k and both within budget. The biggest question is should I go with the explorer now for its usefulness and functionality or wait for the new 4Runner to give me more options with hobbies and "exploration" (don't know what to call it)?
Lmk if im going about it wrong or your opinions.

Hello everyone,
I've been unemployed for six months now after leaving my dev job, where I worked on an ERP for two years related to schools and education. The ERP was built in 2004 and has been continuously maintained and expanded to this day. I was responsible for adding new features, writing unit tests, and working in a team of four or five developers, with experts and mentors available for guidance.
After sending 300–400 resumes, I think I'm close to landing a job. This company has a very small IT department—just one person, the IT director. During my first interview with him, I learned that he needs someone to build an ERP from scratch. From what I understood, he currently relies only on Access VBA to organize the business.
I told him that this seems like an exciting challenge, but in my mind, it feels nearly impossible. What do you guys think? From what I've read, building an ERP typically requires at least 3–4 people, some of whom should already have experience developing ERP systems from scratch. I’ve also read that there are alternatives to building one from scratch, like Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
I really need a job at this point. How should I approach my second interview to show that I'm ready for the challenge, while also making him aware that what he wants may be unrealistic and that there are alternative solutions?
