So I got diagnosed with graves earlier last year.. I never really experienced heart palpitations often, every now and then I’d get them and they never really bothered me.. I’ve been on Methimazole for a year, started at 30mg and am now down to 5mg a day. I used to take a beta blocker in the beginning to help with heart rate but haven’t taken it in months, I don’t feel like I need it. Last labs I got most of my levels were in normal range, but I’ve noticed the last couple weeks I’ve been experiencing more heart palpitations than usual? Such a weird and not good feeling lol. They happen at random times, I woke up in the middle of the night the other day to let my dog outside and when I laid back in bed to fall asleep, I started getting them for a little bit. Anything with my heart makes me anxious.. should I be concerned I’ve been getting palpitations more than I used to?

2025.01.31 05:00 princesspoopybum drills by lamplight…do i just suck? + looking for other tips
pretty new player here, a few days in actually lol and AR21. trying to do this quest for the festival points but man am i struggling. only getting like 3.5k on the second level like what am i doing??? my highest level is noelle at 39, and i have a few around 26, was using dehya and razor to pair with the trial characters tho.
can someone just explain to me again what the elemental burst and all those things are? i don’t think im doing the correct thing to actually score points, and it does take me a while to kill them so maybe just general tips too? anything would be helpful tbh.
also if anyone wants to recommend a character for me to get id be open to it. i like having a shield hero on my team and i think barbara’s attacks are super cute, i also do like using lan yan too. i thought about yaoyao just cause she’s so cute but not sure how helpful she’d actually be? i like putting up my shields and swapping to attack and get the reaction damage so maybe someone that has a shorter skill cooldown? but any recommendations are welcome and appreciated thanks everyone!
