like the title says my sister disgust me. I’m not going to list all the hurtful things she done because that’ll be too much, I’m just at the point where I outgrew her as a sibling and as a person.
things just never been the same. her character makes her really ugly to me. I already cut her off but sometimes I just think about how sad it is that she doesn’t realize how fucked she is.
trust me I’ve tried to look out for her and then she’ll go right back to snaking me. It’s been the hardest trying to get her to stop being such a doormat in relationships too.
it’s crazy because she wouldn’t say anything when her partners would be disrespectful to me, I never stood for it but I always thought how it was weird that she never would correct them about it.
I just came to the conclusion that if she can’t stand up for herself what makes me think she can stand up for me. I honestly just lost all hope in her.
I genuinely used to look up to her but now she’s exactly who I don’t want to be. It also bothers me how she judges people appearances because I know she’s projecting.
I would get uncomfortable when she would rant about how disgusting people bodies were. I honestly hate who she became. It’s sad asfc.
I couldn’t even share good news with her either because I know she’ll feel some type of way about it too. It sucked but hey! at least I don’t gotta deal with it no more lol

I’m 29. I was diagnosed young as a kid with a stage 1 form of autism, adhd, and later on, anxiety and ocd disorder.
I’ll have that sweating in hands feet and pits when nervous especially. So when I get sensory issues, my hands will constantly be washed, I just wash fast and try to clean phone It’s like one thing after another. Everything looks too bright, I’ll get stuck overthinking about things.
I would describe my brain’s reactions when upset as dropping a football. No one or I can even predict where it’ll bounce. But I have a second before it hits the floor to go somewhere to calm down. It’s been a good illustration for me.
Also, I overthink and can feel uneasy when talking of work, meds, and going places. I had weird feelings how a pill may affect me. If I have one beer, I will occasionally since I want to not consume daily. It’ll make me just do a bunch of work, cleaning, projects that get procrastinated and not mind being seen or talked to by people. It makes me want to go experience life. I describe it as turning down the senses to make sense. I drink a few glasses of water before and after because I feel dehydration easily in general.
It’s hard to find the routine that helps me keep going everyday. I just do my own stuff and get detail oriented, plant research at home. I live with my folks and we all like my tropical/exotic plants.
