This went...much longer than I thought, thank you to whoever does read this
Some context I've spent the bulk of my life, 12 years in automotive manufacturing and physical QA of parts and robotic processes seeing 25k at my lowest to 80k at my highest (86hr week minimum)
A little over a year ago I crammed for 4 months on SQL, ASP, C# and some other things that were the fundamental toolkit for a SaaS company.
Was very open and honest interviewing with the 3 executives about my long hobby of IT systems and understanding, commitment to customer driven success etc. and they took me on for a support role. 55 to start with the ability to earn my ask of 60 over 3 months. I did it in 3 weeks.
Out support role is very involved and mostly on the fly self training. Updating procedures, debugging issues, working with the developers and client facing meetings each week to oversee their dev cycles, feature requests, and blah blah MSA SLA.
I'm fully remote, they fly me in on occasion but I'm a remote hire through and through. So that has its added value. I'm at 60k salary and around 78k overall compensation factoring what they pay and bonuses.
Plenty of encouragement to move up and develop a skill set in development, DevOps etc.
I feel like I'm paid well for a support position based on what I've seen around and other offers I've received since taking this job.
My review is coming up and I know there's gonna be the question on raise expectations and while everyone wants more I am unsure if I deserve more currently. I look at this as an opportunity to build a resume and cement myself within this company and I feel like I want to flip the table and tell them what I want to be worth at this company and what to know what I need to achieve to get there.
I have no degree (which they liked) and no certificates. Just out here raw dogging online courses and digging into data structure to learn the business model. I've taken on some key projects with an executive that should generate more revenue but can't help but feel like I'm worth my pay and quite frankly have imposter syndrome still.

I recently found out I can use soldering iron to melt and sculpt my oil based clay, this type of clay is much more suitable for making intricate details, in comparison to regular stoneware clay, and the best part is that you can smooth out the bumps with a heat gun.

So i have had my fair of relationships but all of them were bad experiences which let me to not believe in someone when they say they love me and is always under the fear that they will leave me.
I met my ex in 2023. We dates till last year June. It was a long distance one. This was the first time i actually felt love. She loved me a lot too as i was her first boyfriend. But due to all my issues and the insecurities long distance creates , and my job was going very hectic, there had been situations when i had misbehaved with her.
She also read the texts with my ex where she saw that i ignored her and eventually broke up with her, so this time too when i was in my all time low and i was behaving distant with her ( because i don't feel like interacting with the world) but she thought i am doing to her what i did to my ex and started getting herself detached from me. She used to not be able to stay away from me even for a night. That is how she was obsessed with me and me too and maybe that's why she was scared.
Last year June we broke up, i used to think the bad behaviour is the reason. I kept apologising her frequently but she used to not want to have a conversation with me. She was really angry with me.
But from Jan 2024, we are talking again The conversation are fun like before. But she says that she doesn't feel that attachment like before with me. She still cares for me as a person, but you know that attachment which we have that's gone. I told myself it's been some 6-7 months we haven't met or spoken properly so it's natural for the attachment to go away.
Now my question is, do you think if i keep talking to her, the attachment might come back? Or is it gone forever? This person I don't want to lose. She feels like the missing piece in my life. The only type of person i have ever wanted and hence i am not wanting to let her go.
I used to feel like I can't feel love but with her even now i feel a lot of things.I know she loved me too but right now in her life she has gone full against the concept of relationships altogther. Understandable how bad the recent experience was.
Pls advice me on what should i do?
