so i was constantly wrking for 8 hrs straight, and drink almost 2L of water and now bladder was full and I wanted go pee so bad , and my work was almost done,
and my dumbass forgot to pee,
after sometime i was in metro and just crossed rajiv chowk, then on the next station i had my home so i got in, on the left there was washroom THE HEAVENLY WASHROOM ,
i peed so well i was in heaven like letrally in heaven , have you ever had this typa stuff ??, huhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh what a relief bruh 10/10 experience that you wont ever have from vape, seggs or something like it was defo best ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

2025.01.31 06:02 cervenamys Buying a house, vendor wants 10% deposit paid out early (as opposed to 10 days standard). What do?
The unconditional offer has been accepted, and I paid out the agreed-upon 10% deposit to the RE agent's account.
Next day the vendor is asking to release that money to them immediately, instead 10 days as previously agreed.
I wanna say no, because:
- if they knew they gonna need it, why didn't they mention this in advance?
- they already negotiated 2 months longer settlement than I wanted
- Giving up the little protection I have as I buyer doesn't feel great
I feel pretty bad about this choice, because there's really no positive outcome for me. My question is, what's the lesser evil then?
(I did ask my lawyer, but they always take forever to answer, so I might as well ask somewhere else.)
