Maybe it's me, but i don't really see this movie discussed much. It's made by one of my favorite directors, and like his other movies, this has an all star cast. I couldn't stop thinking about this movie after I saw it. It's one of those movies that just left me speechless, I ended up watching it again a few days afterwards. It was even better the second time.

I was on a mission to Mars with two other people. After a few hours, we ran out of oxygen and were burned alive.
Then I woke up (in the dream). I was at home. Everything seemed normal. I went to the table to eat and asked, "But… am I dead?" My parents laughed it off and said, "What are you talking about? You're here."
I kept insisting, "I died on that mission, Mom, Dad." They kept joking and talking to me as if nothing had happened. I told them to search for news about me, but they couldn’t find anything. It was like they couldn’t see it.
Then suddenly, I turned around and saw them hugging each other, crying. In reality, they knew I was dead. My mind was just making me see them acting normal.
Then I saw it—everywhere. News headlines about three people who died on a mission. Articles about Matthias, a young man with a bright future, dead at only 17. Everywhere, there were calls for justice for Luca, Patrizia, and Matthias.
Protests, demonstrations, trials against NASA.
Letters from my girlfriend, every minute, completely devastated, wanting to end her life. My friends posting heartbreaking stories.
"Justice for them" was written everywhere. Events, news, movements demanding answers.
We had begged NASA for help when we realized we had little oxygen left. They knew we wouldn’t survive, but they refused to bring us back. They didn’t respond. And so, we died.
It was a terrible dream because I saw my family trying to act strong, pretending to be okay. But in reality, they were shattered. I saw you, willing to take your own life for me. My friends, broken, crying.

Loving someone who hides their mental illness from you because they were afraid to be judge and instead chooses never to take accountability for anything they do or causes you because of it. My bf who recently I chooses to just be friends with has hide his mental illness from me for 6 and a half year and blaming me for everything that goes wrong in our relationship. He really treated me bad and I lost myself being with him. He made sure I felt ugly, worthless and was a monster . He put me through so much and now he's sick . He can't control his illness anymore, also found out he has bad diabetes and weak heart. Who knows maybe this person was never good to me because his actions never aligned with his words. Now he's trying to give me tht guilt trip about how I'm supposed to take care of him. How he has no on but me. I don't feel like he deserves anything from me for when he was healthy I was trash to him. Even now when he's sick and barely can walk he still feels so entitled. This kind of person doesn't deserve anyone and he hasnt learn his lesson. Moving on is all I want... I just want to forget about him...

So, joined a new group with a first-time GM. We've been discussing the sort of characters we want to play and here's what the others have chosen:
- Spores Druid
- Artificer with a Construct and a mid-ranged weapon (pistol, crossbow, etc.)
- Blood Hunter in melee
- Warlock of some flavor
- We're using point buy and published WotC content is allowed.
- I'm a bit concerned about the survivability of the current roster (ex. able to take damage, heal, deal with or apply buffs/debuffs).
- I really prefer to have darkvision. It feels better not having to worry about it and it's a "quality of life" thing.
- I don't like leaving odd ability scores unless I have an idea for a +1 feat. There are always good ones to pick from, though.
- The character concept would make sense to have at least one decent mental score but not a dealbreaker.

How many games per season would you say your team gets absolutely screwed by the refs (final minute, super close game, obvious miss or bad call that prob cost them the game or OT) or a blatant coaching decision that for sure lost the game (Mavs fan here, Kidd sat Grimes the whole game against Denver earlier with tons of injuries and they barely lost). Only the most egregious. Not a toss up call, or a call with 3 min left, or a slight disagreement in minutes. I mean the most rare you’re jumping up and down freaking out bc what is coach / ref doing
Mavs have had 3 of these games and these always hurt my brain when looking int standings. Suns where Gafford got pushed in the back with 2 seconds left, no call, then he missed the rebound and fouled that looked pretty clean, Nuggets where Grimes played 0 min and they lost by 2, and Pelicans with the missed goaltending to go up 1 with like 7 seconds. None guaranteed wins but all egregious better chances if my way was to happen!
Injuries, Bad play from a player, Missed game tying shot doesn’t affect me near as much because those are just part of ball. The things I feel like are more controllable affect me way more!
You could also be the benefactor of this stuff. Hard to judge / remember other teams lineup choices but you know if the refs bailed you out! So net, what’s ur team at? -3 for mavs unless im missing something! Feels like on the worst end but I’ll take solace if other teams feel they’re at around that #! Because then I can tell my self, a few of these happen to everyone! And in the end it probably doesn’t really matter, Max Strus hit a full court game winner last year and it easily could’ve had an affect on Mavs standings but they made the finals and they would’ve been the same seed if it didn’t happen! Could affect tight MVP race too
