Long time lurker on this sub, and I'm so happy there's a little community of us to support each other in this transition to being a full-fledged nurse.
I'm starting a new grad RN program next week at a large hospital and managed to get the unit of my choice. I'm very passionate about oncology/BMT since my first clinical on a unit like that. I ended up doing my preceptorship on a BMT unit as well. I've worked as an RN at an LTAC for about 3-4 months prior to getting this wonderful opportunity, but now I'm freaking out. When I first started at the LTAC I was nervous bit I didn't feel like I couldn't do it. I tried my best to still practice good habits and I was definitely still learning, but I feel like I don't have the knowledge to do this new job at all. I'm rethinking an interview they asked that I answered poorly (They asked what I should watch for when giving Lasix and I said urine output instead of potassium) and I just feel so stupid.
This new job is such a big deal for me it's almost a dream come true and now I just feel like I don't deserve it. I don't feel smart enough to take this on. I feel like I can't recall or retain the basics of nursing.
If anyone has any advice or tips on what I should review or study or if they felt this way before I would love to hear your input and story. I'm not officially on the floor until 2 weeks in but I really would like to feel more prepared before my first day. Thank you ❤️❤️

I'm a newby designer and struglling to keep track of my screenshots and photos that I take for inspiration.
I would like something where you can easily in a very few clicks keep a screenshot or picture, and be able to assign it different tab. Pinterest is way too time consuming for this. I usually copy-paste inspiration in a figma file, but then I can't associate each image to multiple purpose (tags).
For example, sometimes I take a screenshot of something that is : -idea for instagram template -cool brand colors -Cool font -Fits X theme -Etc.
I would like this screenshot to appear in each of these categories, etc. And for each category to show the screenshots of that category.
What do you all use for this? Thanks!

Hi, i'm a 16F and i've been trying to take better care of myself through skin care and working out (pilates and arm weights specifically). I am thin (like ribs and elbows sticking out thin) and 5'10ft tall with dyed red dry hair, a rectangular body shape, a small chest and mild acne, i'm wondering what guys find attractive so I can work on those aspects. Specifically things that don't require surgery for me to change. I've never been asked out and hope through self improvement I can change that at my new college.

I recently ended my long-term relationship with my partner of 10 years, and it’s been incredibly devastating. We were each other’s first love, and we built something beautiful, one that was grounded in shared values and mutual support. We complemented each other well, and despite our differences, we always found ways to grow together. I truly thought we were a rare kind of couple, and for so long, I believed we were both lucky to have kept our first love this long.
But over time, things began to shift. We started to grow apart, and our once harmonious mindset became increasingly conflicting. What I once thought were small quirks in her behavior started to feel like serious issues I couldn’t ignore. For years, I let things slide, thinking it was just part of her personality and that she would eventually come around. However, it reached a point where I couldn’t dismiss the things that were really bothering me. She was often inconsiderate—her mood swings would sometimes cause me embarrassment in front of our friends, and when she was upset, she’d shut me out completely, going silent for days. On top of that, she would walk out on me during arguments, leaving me feeling helpless and alone, no matter where we were. Even after all the years we spent together, it seemed like she just couldn’t or wouldn’t make intentional effort to nurture the relationship, especially in the little ways that mattered the most to me. I felt like I was the only one putting in the emotional work.
In particular, I became frustrated with her lack of sensitivity. She could easily go no contact if things didn’t go her way, like when I didn’t agree to travel plans she had, she would ignore me even on my birthday. When it came to finances, I feel like she’s always counting and not so considerate, despite the fact that I am a provider, even lending her all my savings without ever pressuring her to pay it back (I am a breadwinner). There are times I never felt like she truly cared for or appreciated my efforts in the way I needed.
The tipping point came during a recent argument when she bluntly told me that if I couldn’t accept her flaws, then maybe I should just let go that she already accepted her fate that at the end of the day, she is all she got. That she has zero expectations from anyone despite years of me reassuring and proving her that I won’t let her down and that she have me. That statement shook me because it felt like she had no intention of even trying to change or improve for the sake of our relationship. That was when I realized the truth: I had slowly lost my clarity about where this relationship was going. Despite my love for her, it became clear that we were no longer on the same path, and maybe I need to reassess things.
I always tried to communicate how I was feeling—everything that bothered me, every hurt I experienced—but while most of the time she understood, there were just as many instances where she didn’t seem to care. Our differences in family background and upbringing made me tread carefully in how I expressed myself, but no matter how I tried to soften the message, it often fell on deaf ears.
Deep down, I know that I still love her. She’s a good person, loyal, dignified, but after all these years, I’ve realized that love alone can’t sustain a relationship. The care, communication, mutual effort, and unconditional love that matter the most to me, were lacking on her end. It felt like she depends our relationship on my love alone, she told me that I am always free to exit which contradicts to her promises that she saw no one other than me and she was very sure of me which I truly felt bcoz she is indeed faithful and has no interest with anyone. However, I felt like I was carrying everything on my shoulders.
We decided to part ways mutually, but I find myself at a crossroads, unsure of whether to try and rekindle what we had or to truly let go and close this chapter of my life. I know deep inside that I still love her, but I’m struggling to figure out if it’s worth trying to rebuild what’s been lost or if it’s time to let it end for good. We tried this many times already, it is always me reaching out, and If I don’t text, she won’t either. Hays.
Any advice would be very much appreciated!

Hi all! Looking to buy my first home in the late spring / early summer, and am having decision paralysis on the material / color to use for the exterior.
I've already decided to go with the Slate Royal siding as I love darker exteriors, but what about the accents (brick / stone?)
Should I go with a lighter color for contrast, or a darker color for a sleek, modern look? Any experienced exterior designers, please chime in!
