I went to an instructor that I’ve always liked, I just haven’t been able to get to that particular class as much as I wanted. I’m so glad I went back tonight.
We do hot at my club, in a fairly tight and dimly-lit studio. About 30 of us.
Our instructor invited us into the practice expressing her heaviness about all the crazy things going on in the world right now, more than ever, and I think all the class must have been vibing it too. By the end of the class, everyone’s breathing was so in tune and every exhale throughout the class was more and more of a release until finally at the end, the instructor was nearly stunned into speechlessness about how she could really “feel the energy” and how much healing it was bringing into the room.
My eyes began to well up with tears after the namaste. And for the first time in any class…I think I finally felt it too. It is not a feeling I can even explain.
It’s like, suddenly, everything made sense. Whatever that means.

Are they a waste of time? Do they just give vendors an idea of what people will be willing to offer once their property is listed? Would an offer made before a home is listed be enticing for a vendor?
I made an offer on an apartment after the REA showed me through. The owners rejected it (it was within their range) they want to see what they get once it’s listed. I can’t offer any more so it’s fine, I’m just wondering what the point of it all was lol I also understand there are lots of variables and there’s no right or wrong approach. Just curious to get others opinions & experiences.

To preface - I know I was downtown Thursday night - so college students and the farmers market play a role. But I just saw a group of guys drinking a beer and throwing it to the side on the street. I am disgusted and angry at these people! I went over and threw it away because there is literally a trash can on every corner, but immediately there’s another beer can beside it on the ground. I am just at a loss for words for how people can be so ignorant and disrespectful. I highly encourage everyone to do better. Littering is never cool.

hi, i have a four month old and we use the eufy sock. ive been notified twice tonight to check on my baby as his HR dipped between 75-77bpm, only for a second and then was back up to 90’s. his average tonight is 117. im concerned as his HR has never dropped below 80’s before. i will call dr tomorrow but does anyone know what causes this or if its normal? thanks!

Long story short. I want to go from Cricket to AT&T. Only reason, is because it will be more cost effective to get a new Samsung S25 Ultimate and 2 S25+ for the $1,000 promo for trading in any Samsung S Device in any conditon, (2 phones have a cracked screen and 1 has a battery that has expanded, probably close to exploding) I am told by AT&T they will still honor it (I am not sure if this is true).
Can someone please explain to me how I can switch to another company and then to AT&T so that I can get the New Line promo?
Will it cost to switch to that inbetween company? Talking with someone from AT&T he said that Verison, T-mobile, and metro PCS are pretty easy to do and as long as I do a Post Paid service it won't cost anything; and that it would be a 7-14, day trial.
Can someone please assist me for this if I am a 2 year old. Is the AT&T rep lying?
