throwaway account - I'm ~2 years into my first swe job, just got a great year end review, only for the past few days to have a TON of careless mistakes in my code surface (some in prod!!). I was off my medication and sleeping badly for the past few months and it looks like that all caught up to me this week!! I am genuinely shocked at the mistakes:
There was a mystery error no one on my team could figure out for over a week, we reached out to other teams, escalated the issue, and it turned out to be an infinite loop I wrote!!
Same day, we pushed something else to prod, I realized I had the visibility of a feature incorrectly set to true and somehow had deleted the feature flag (?????) so we had to make a hot fix in the front end code in prod.
And tonight, just realized that another feature that went live earlier this week had the visibility of a button dependent on the wrong variable, like so completely wrong, the name of the variable is clearly unrelated to the button. So the button is sometimes invisible based on this completely unrelated condition. Haven't even brought this one up to my team yet.
I'm literally in shock and MORTIFIED and needed to vent but also if anyone has any advice...? I'm back on my meds and sleep situation has improved but like....so much damage has been done!?? Has anyone come back from something like this before or am I cooked

- Completely uninstalled Tasker and AutoVoice, then reinstalled everything with all permissions.
- Re-signed the AutoVoice skill on Alexa hundreds of times.
