I am early 30s and have a short segment of Barrett’s after never having stomach/acid reflux issues until getting rid of hpylori last year. My doctor said I’m healthy and to take omeprazole every other day, currently on 15mg of lansoprazole, eating healthy but still have some silent reflux issues.
Some books out there are saying you don’t need PPIs for Barrett’s which seems to be a big risk? I don’t love the idea of being on PPIs for life because I’ve had a bad experience with most of them. Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts, especially those that have Barrett’s!

So while the Dark Elves overall are in serious need of a fresh-up and have been for some time... am I the only one that seems to struggle unreasonably with Stanky Mother? Or is there some trick to beating her I am just not aware of?
Because it sort of feels like the Elves are just extremely fragile and cannot really match the damage being thrown at them.
So is there a trick to this, or are you left with crossing your fingers and hope you can get a settlement or black ark to level 4 and lets you field something tougher before Stinky sets her eyes on you?

So I have been farming for default equinox for a long time now ever since i got to Saturn. I haven't been able to search it up yet so I'm asking here. (Probably because its such a niche question.) I just want to save myself the time and hassle of farming for equinox since I seem to be getting day aspect parts way more often than night aspect parts. To be honest I'm just so sick of farming for equinox that I almost prefer to farm Grendel again.

2025.02.01 18:52 CorrectAd8071 Forza Motorsport 2023 50% off on Steam. Should I get it or finish FM7 Career first?
I only play Single Player on FM7 and am only 2/5 finished the career races with about 150 hrs. But now Forza Motorsport 2023 is on sale and wondering if I should get it instead of finishing FM7. I mainly care about the career mode, playing with assists off and simulation damage on, cockpit view and disabled Hud elements. But I may try multiplayer a bit more since it will be more active I assume.
I'm on the fence cause it looks like FM does a few things better like graphics, physics, tire and fuel management, a penalty system, car upgrading, etc. Also my GPU is a GTX 1070 so I would play FM2023 on Medium settings - not quite sure if that would still be a visual upgrade from FM7. So if you've played both games and were in my position would you finish FM7 career and wait for a future FM2023 sale or upgrade to FM2023 and leave FM7 unfinished?
