Hello,
I am restoring a late 70s stereo amplifier and I'm almost reaching the end. There are 2 parts that I am probably looking to change since I am at it: the bridge rectifier and the power regulators.
The bridge rectifier says C2212 B80 C3700/2200 on it, and on the spec sheet it says 80v 3.2A. On Mouser, will this be correct? https://www.mouser.co.uk/ProductDetail/625-GSIB1520-E3
For the regulators, they are UA78M20(3 pins), UA78MG(4 pins),79M20C (3 pins) and UA79MG (4 pins). The pins are bent 90 degrees, something I can't seems to find anymore but maybe I can simply bend them myself. I believe they work well but is there a better alternative nowadays or should I leave them alone?

Hi I have hypothyroidism and it has always been explained to me that my strong period is due to my hypothyroidism. I take pills for that of course and I only discovered this solution when I was 35 sadly hahaha. But last month I took magnesium citrate and also somedays magnesium bisglycinate. Just one pill per day of 200 mg.
And for the first time I missed my period by 10 days. I am 44 and I thought it was menopause. But then I connected the dots and realized it might be magnesium. So I stopped the magnesium. Later on, this month I got my period on time.
Also, I have bad iron deficiency, very below average.
Anyone can explain this on how magnesium might affect thyroid and period?

2025.02.01 22:02 85inchweener DPE, CFI didnt notice I was missing part of an aeronautical exp requirement prior to passing checkride
I'm going to be broad for my safety, but after excessively studying, I believe that my DPE potentially passed me on my checkride without realizing that I was missing a small portion of the aeronautical experience requirements. Myself, my CFI, as well as two DPEs looked over this (due to failing my checkride the first time). Also, for the record, I'm a commercial pilot, not a private pilot.
So I was taking a look at another Reddit post from a few years ago, where they discussed a similar situation as me, and most of the replies were all pretty much along the lines of "Don't worry about it, the FAA has bigger fish to fry", as well as "Don't self-report yourself- it will be a legal nightmare".
Now, my only concern is that if I theoretically didn't satisfy a small part of the aeronautical experience requirements that for when I apply to the airlines, I am worried that they will notice. I have zero intentions of self reporting myself, but am a bit worried, assuming my understanding is correct.
With that being said, what could I expect to happen if airlines notice that I have been issued a certificate while not having a small portion of the requirements?
I worked so hard, and spent so much money for my certificate, so I'm now overthinking this a bit and am praying that this isn't detected longterm. I plan on removing this post

The Power supply that comes with the bitaxe is 30watt (5v 6a). I’ve overcloacked my Bitaxe and the dashboard is showing around 25watt power. Does it mean that I don’t need a better power supply and I can keep the stock one?
Or regardless a more powerful power supply will increase the bitaxe performance?
