 | How much protein is too much and is there a way to take a dog off of high protein food? My dog eats American Journey Protein and Grains. We have her on it because it is high fiber and she has anal gland issues so it helps. Weâve fed this kibble or Purina one Healthy Weight for about 2-2.5 years and sheâs active but not enough to need all that extra protein. The food is 25% protein. Until I was recently doing research, I didnât realize how negatively it can effect dogs. We tried switching to Purina one sensitive sensitive stomach turkey for 2 weeks to see if a food like that would make any difference for her digestion or anal gland issue. She acted starving all the time even though we were feeding her slightly more that we did the high protein one. Is it possible for us to take her off the high protein food some way? Iâd really like to get her back on a regular kibble to see if she is having negative effects from the high protein levels. When i think of my childhood. I just stop breathing for second tbh. It seems like if i stop breathing(in a non dying way) i will go back there. And realizing my childhood will never repeat is so crushing to me. It feels like i will never have the connections i had. The friends and the relationship i had ever now.
My life is okay now, i am doing a lil bad rn but all things considered. It's great. I look better than i have ever looked, my marks are ass but okay. But i dont think i will ever be as happy as i was back then. Because it was perfect. And perfection can't be beaten. Even if i imagine everything going my way for the rest of my life. I still can't really imagine that would hold a candle to it.
2015-2016 were the best years of my life. My dad was still alive. Me and friends played games all day.my crush and me were getting closer. It was so good that i cant really imagine anything better. Then in 2017 my dad died and everything went to shit. Life has been so dull ever since then. Nothing feels satisfying anymore.
I feel like i can trust nobody tbh, i have stopped talking to my friends about my feelings now. I just feel so emasculated talking about my feelings with anyone now. Idk why but this happened in the last few months only. Keeping it all in had been hard but i just feel a compulsion to do it otherwise i will be "judged" in my head.
Basically kinda like toxic masculinity. I have never felt this alone in a few years tbh, i always had someone to talk to but I have no one to talk to about my feelings now. Ik it could be just me holding me back. But when i talk to my friends and I feel better i just feel like such a pussy for sharing my feelings and feel weak. So i dont wanna feel like a pussy again.
I just feel like i wanna go back tbh. As much as my life has gotten better. The gym is the only good thing that happens in my day.

Iâll be honest, the choices of challenges in WaW were a massive letdown. It really doesnât inspire confidence in production when half the challenges are âgo through obstacles then solve a puzzleâ, while the other half were just standard endurance challenges. I feel like there was so much they couldâve done with all the unique challenges theyâve done over the years. Just imagine if they brought back challenges likeâŠ
Quest for Fire: The first ever challenge in the show? This shouldâve been a no-brainer. They brought it back for Cambodia, surely there was room for it in WaW.
Blind Leading the Blind: Even if this is one of the most commonly used challenges in the show, it is nevertheless an exciting classic that gets me laughing and cringing every time.
Buggin' Out: Gross eating. Maybe not the most original idea but it breaks the monotony of endurance challenges and puzzles.
Fools In the Rain: This is specifically the version of âWhen It Rains It Poursâ used in MvGX where participants hand both hands tethered to their buckets. Itâs crazy they tried selling WaW's version as the most difficult when they did this version not too long before.
A Crate Idea: The giant crate puzzle. Honestly one of the few puzzle challenges I donât mind.
Stomp-ede: Each castaway or tribe is given several items and instructed to stomp on a plank of wood, catapulting one item at a time into a basket atop a tower. Again, just anything to break the monotony of a puzzle every other week.
Fire and Water: Hereâs one to test your firemaking skills prior to the F4. If you donât remember, the challenge was to build a fire on one end of a seesaw, then fill the other side with water to life the fireside to light a fuse at the top. I think this is an underrated classic challenge that deserves another shot.
Sumo At Sea: 1v1 challenges are some of the most fun ones to watch and Survivor needs to do more of them. Plus imagine how funny it would be if Tyson lost his round a third time.
Chimney Sweep: You know what, this is one endurance challenge they shouldâve brought back. Specifically the 1v1 version in HvV.
Survivor History/Fallen Comrades: This is one of the biggest love letters to the fans you could possibly give us: Survivor winners answering questions about Survivor history or their fellow winners. If you wanna keep people watching, thereâs a challenge for you.

Would you make this career jump? (US DoD to DoD contractor)
Iâm currently a DoD civilian making about 130k. Iâm expecting a job offer from a small subcontractor doing cleared DoD data work for about 200-210k.
New job sounds a bit boring. My current management sucks, so I guess those even out. New company would have about the same amount of time off, fully paid health premiums, etc. obviously, stability will be more of a concern.
