 | This guy was head/body locking my tanks all game. He seemed to let loose whenever his duo (Rocket) dropped the Infinite Ammo. I checked his Career and the highest hes ever been was Gm3, as well as 95% of his matches ending with him as MVP/SVP. Right after he beams me (I was the rocket) he instantly snaps to my Namor coming back from spawn (the Groot wall was blocking his LoS so he couldn’t have seen him naturally). I watched a few more of his matches and both he and his duo seem to have some sort of cheat.  | I found a fun “hack” or so to my normal sourdough recipe. I add a Tangzhong to my normal sourdough recipe and then add some extra bread flour to get the consistency right. Then after a few stretch and folds and fermenting in my oven at 100 degree F proof or half a day, I’ll add my dough to a buttered floured pan and let rise. Score the middle and pour a couple tablespoons of butter over the middle, then bake for 30-40 min at 400 degrees F. I’ve been suffering from the WORST gastro symptoms during this. every morning I’ve woken up puking bile, nausea for hours, shaking from anxiety, zero appetite, and had the worst diarrhea/bloating I think I’ve ever had in my life. I did some research and withdrawals can trigger gastritis in people and it says to take probiotics and drink pickle juice so that’s what I did last night and I woke up today actually feeling REALLY good. I’m having mild diarrhea but that’s a blessing considering it’s been like every 30 minutes. I’ve been hungry and eating today too🥲 I hope this information can help someone because it’s been miserable.
other than that - I feel great today. been megadosing the liposomal vitamin C so it’s still working!!

I have Rina m0 hence I was really thinking I should just get her m1. But then I'm wondering if Rina would even really improve any of my teams?
Currently I'm running: - Miyaby + Yanagi + Soukaku - Burnice + Jane + Lucy - Neko + Qingyi + Nicole
I do not have Astra but I also have all A ranks, Lycaon m1 and ofc Harumasa, none of them I'm planning on building.
I'm 100% gonna get both SS Anby and Trigger, so maybe Rina will work well with them?
I'm asking this because now I'm wondering if I should get Soldier 11 to use instead of Neko with Qingyi or occasionally Burnice for a fire team? Is S11 a big upgrade compared to Neko?
I'm honestly not sure what to do.
