 | I am considering purchasing an ARS 4200 mixer with the Model 120 crossfader. It's hard to tell how they work with each other. I checked their website but there is no manual for the Model 120 and the 4200 manual doesn't provide the details either. Does someone here know? Have you used the Model 120 crossfader? How does one go from rotary to the crossfader and back? I am a late 50's single parent who came from parents who lived pay check to pay check. Father was military and then govt job so they live from his retirement and pension just fine. However, they never spoke about money or how to plan for the future. Really want to make plans for my future and cutting back on work hours and someday being able to retire.
Went to college and grad school and raised 2 children who also attended grad school - daughter has 3 semesters left to finished grad school. Paid all of my student loans and tuition for both kids.
Started my own business in 2018 and when I started making money opened an investment account. My income has increased since 2020 and for the past 2 years I have earned about $350K per year. My monthly bills are around $6000.000 There is $650,000 in my 401K and I have been putting around $100,000 in savings for the last few years. I don't own a home any longer and am ok renting with the state of the current market, but own my car and kids have their own cars debt free.
My biggest splurge is that we go one 1-2 amazing vacations per year and we like to eat out 1-2 times per week as a family. Otherwise we live a pretty basic life and although expensive things are fun I am not someone who splurges often.
Am I going to need to work full time another 8 years before I can cut back on my hours?
What can I do better?

Hello, I’m a US citizen applying for my husband (I-130, I-485, I-765) in Minnesota.
We submitted through a lawyer Jan 19, 2025. Got the notice of receipt yesterday (Jan 31) and today received online account info AND his biometric appointment notification with the appointment info (scheduled for Feb 10). Online account info says 26 months expected processing time though. I don’t if that’s the default?
It seems this is faster than to be expected? Is this a good sign? Bad sign?

My daughter is 5 weeks old. She had difficulty latching after birth so I started EP. The journey has been beyond difficult the whole time. Between the pain and the overall toll it takes on my mental health, I’m over it. Buttt I feel absolutely terrible about stopping. I feel like I’m a failure. My spouse is 100% supportive of my decision and tries to make me feel better but I still feel like I should just “get over it” and continue even though it hurts and make me extremely unhappy. I guess I just need encouraging words, advice, or anything you want to give me.
