Idk why I got out of the habit, now my face looks like something in-between but I feel I lost a most of the hairs because it doesn't look nearly as dense as the 2nd pic as of present day. Since quitting about a month ago, my depression has been working its way back into my life. I really wasn't expecting to feel this low. I knew it would be difficult, and it has been difficult many days. I've been on antidepressants for about 8 years, and they saved my life!
Today was a low day. I feel like I was happier when I was drinking - but only in the moment. It sucks to feel this drained and empty. I just upped the dosage for one of my meds. I hope it makes a difference soon. I absolutely don't want to drink again, but I really, really wanted that happy feeling today.

Do we have unlimited sick days ? I’m assuming you don’t get paid for them so do people typically use all their PTO first when sick days pop up?

Hey everyone, I’m in the process of opening a new gym within the next few months and going over my monthly operating costs. I feel confident in my business plan, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit nervous.
I’m a bodybuilder and have been collecting rare gym equipment for many years, so this will be a bodybuilding-focused gym with flex fitness, nebula, body masters, icarian, and other high-quality pieces. The space I'm going to lease is perfect; it's is 6,000 sq ft, and based on my market research, there’s definitely a demand for a gym in the area. The location is also very close to a popular state university.
Friends and family have warned me against signing a 5-year lease since many gyms fail in the first year, so I’m trying to budget as realistically as possible. For those who have opened gyms before, how many members did you gain in the first month? Should I be expecting 10, or could it be more like 100-200 members? Does anyone have marketing advice to get more people in the doors? I am currently working on designing a flyer and social media posts.
Any insights on setting realistic expectations for membership growth and budgeting would be greatly appreciated!

2025.02.01 22:43 Fight_or_flight22 Severe pain in middle and ring finger going up my arm into my shoulder
I’ve had this issue on and off for years. It comes for a few weeks then goes for a few months or much longer at times. It’s been going on for 3 months now and getting worse. The pain always starts when I’m sleeping to begin with. My middle and ring finger gets so painfully numb that feels like so much pressure my fingers might explode. Usually I throw my arm off the bed and let it hang and it goes away. Then after a week of that it happens during the day when I lift my arm up past my shoulder. Also it’s really hard to bend those two fingers for a few hrs after I wake up. Then it goes away after another week or so. Now though it happens when my arm is on any kind of angle and today even with my arms resting at my side my fingers are hurting so bad. Like a sharp pain that goes to my fingers, my wrist up my inner arm and into my armpit and/or my neck. As I’m typing this it is hurting so much! I used to be able to stretch my neck to the left and push my shoulder down to the right and it would stop the numbness and pain. Now that isn’t helping. I went to the dr in the past and they told me it was carpel tunnel and gave me the wrist brace but that made the numbness 10xs worse! I don’t think that’s what it is. I went to the dr again for the first time in at least 10 yrs and they wanna do an x ray. Does anyone know what this could from? How to stop it? I was gonna go to the chiropractor but they want $170-180 for a consult and they won’t do anything the first visit. That’s not including the x ray and I can’t afford any of that. HELP!

I’ve been looking thru CollX and eBay to see what they say, but a fair amount aren’t on there/I only see the super rare versions. Are these worth getting graded? Also for some cards is it better to sell ungraded than maybe getting a PSA 6 or 7?
