I am so frightened, and my husband is a big guy. This guy is bigger and much younger than him. He was transferred from another city to where he works. I imagine because of how violent he is. He has punched 5 staff male and female in the face, attacked them, strangled them, and put several in the hospital. The Mgmt. DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TOBSTOP OR PUNISH OR DETER HIS BEHAVIOUR. In fact they played catch with him after he just put the last guy in the hospital. He hasn't even been there a month. What can be done to protect one's self or job etc... please help I am terrified for my husband and his coworkers.

I’ve been doing keto now for 2 weeks and I will be honest I don’t think I’m doing it right. So yesterday all I had to eat was 6 eggs and 4 pieces of bacon and almost no water and no electrolytes. Fast forward today and I feel like ima pass out and die I have non stop dizziness, confusion, light headed and shortness of breathe. I want to add that I struggle severe panic attacks that give me similar symptoms so I’m thinking I’m expecting symptoms from starting this new diet not hydrating properly and under eating on top of that I’m having a panic attack. I don’t think ill continue I want to so and becuase I have really bad mental issues but the diet is making my panic attacks feel like I’m dying please help.

A Chinese idiom regarding daily life are the "seven necessities" Among them, you will notice that six of them are from grocers: Cooking oil, Rice, salt, sauce, vinegar, and tea.
The thing is that it is quite common for your Asian sauce - and I meant actual Asian sauce, not the hoy fong chili sauce - are actually from America. Thus, when you buy Asian sauce, double check where they are from.
At this, I collected 2 rule of thumb. They can be contradictory
1) From my uncle:
- sauce that has the founder come from Korea, Hong Kong, or Japan will likely be made in America.
- Taiwan is half and half.
- Mainland sauce is likely import. Thus, when in doubt, buy China Mainland stuff.
- Japanese specialy sauce are imported from Japan, but those that are common in the states could be made in the states, even with Japanese brand (eg: teriyaki sauce)
2) Different sauce, even within the same brand, could be manufactured anywhere.
- Kikkoman and Lee Kum Kee is very famous for doing so, with US production facilities. Check their place of origin, despite having original production in Japan/Hong Kong
- Most Chinese brands: Brands like Amoy and many others primarily manufacture their sauces in China and export them to the US.
- Taiwanese brands: Wan Ja Shan, Kimlan, and Ve Wong are prominent Taiwanese sauce brands, so they do have some made in US
- Golden Dragon (https://www.goldendragonsauces.com/) is made in Metro Vancouver. You get used to it. My mom use it and I think it's delicious, and I don't think my tastebud is "westernized"
