Hi yall,
Ive working out on and off for 2 years now, recently ive gotten back on it and doing 2 days a week containing 8 workous, 2 sets, to complete failure.
My last 3 workout sessions ive been getting really nauseous around the 4th workout, and today i was dizzy enough i couldn't stand up and i threw up.
In previous periods i worked out in i never experienced this, even when i did 4 days a week, 9 workouts, 3 sets, to complete failure.
The variables that changed is:
-paying attention to my protein intake (roughly double of what i ate before),
-got a second dumbell, so doing both arms at once where possible
-got a workout bench, so workouts are more effective (i think)
-5g of creatine daily,
-new apartment with worse airflow
My guess is that doing both arms at once and not taking enough rest time between workouts might mess with my blood pressure.
But im curious with what yall think?

Started home brewing recently, I got into ciders first which were pretty easy but it seems really expensive to get fermentable grains here online. White sugar is obviously cheap enough from any grocery store, but is there a good place I might look for to get grains for beers? The only homebrew store I could find here closed recently due to online competition, but buying grain online seems pretty expensive.
I can find some grains here and there on Amazon or whatnot with free shipping, but that's usually what gets me out here when buying direct from sellers is the shipping cost. Is there another type of local store that might sell grain besides a homebrew supply store? Or does anyone have any recommendations of any online sites I might try and checkout for buying grains?
