So after signing the lease and packing up to move, me and my boyfriend got a message from the landlord saying there was a small leak from the ceiling & they were on fixing it. We moved from out of state so we couldn’t really tour. Ontop of that it was listed as a 1 bedroom & is 100% a studio. They have tried to resolve the leak once & repaired the ceiling, but it’s still leaking. Mostly when it rains or something but we can’t use that space of our apartment at all. It’s moldy & still not fixed regardless of the landlord communicating and saying it’ll get done. Apparently winter makes it harder. But we have a baby on the way & the space is already super small and was supposed to be a 1 bedroom. I’m frustrated at the lack of use for the space. I’m due in 2 months. He’s attempting to fix and I get that. But 6 months isn’t really a reasonable time frame, we have been flexible not really forcing anything. But i’m over it. At the very least is a rent reduction a fair ask?

After playing Lion Rafale for a while, I decided to lab some combos with him. The highest I can get, both with my own experimentation and using combos from the VF forum, is 70-80. Wall combos do not deal much more than mid screen combos.
But I have seen other characters very comfortably reach 100 damage even mid screen. The combos for other characters visibly go on for much longer.
Am I doing something wrong with Lion? Where can I read more about the combo system?

Hope everyones recovery has been well, about to hit 5 months post op, and dreaming about returning to football... Last season was a solid season for me and was suppose to have my UFL workouts in October in San Diego but had my acl tear in June, surgery took place in September and here I am having a rough mental block... I'm able to do reverse V-squats at 435lbs almost ATG so strength is building back up but at PT they had me do ladders for the first time and I never felt so slow... I'm use to being a defensive end screaming off the edge of the line or being at middle linebacker blowing up a pocket, now it feels like I'll be weak as heck for my return back... Semi pro season starts in June which is my 9 month mark post op and my next UFL workout is again in October (in Texas this time and 13 months post op)... Please tell me the mental blockage and discouragement eases up...

I’m a former UE driver myself, so, I know how things go and how, from a driver’s perspective, the customers seem to get any and everything they want like, clearly undeserved refunds resulting in free food, being blind believed and deemed as right against drivers by Uber regardless of proof, and other things. Y’all can see where I was going with that, though.
Anyway, now that I’m on the customer side, why does it seem like the exact opposite? Any issue that I experience with ordered food is ignored. The agents chatted with follow the same irrelevant script(of course) then, randomly end the chat by sending that dumb message about someone will get back to me in 6-12 hours, without solving the issue or even attempting to. In 6-12 hours, I won’t have the same issue!! 🤬
The issue or glitch, or WHATEVER that I’ve been experiencing and driven mad by is how I make SURE to select ”Priority Delivery” in order to get my food while it’s, at least, still warm being that I live pretty far out from the places I can order from. Yet, the moment after I complete and pay for the order, I see that it’s switched to ”standard delivery” for no reason, almost ensuring that I’ll be getting cold food because the system will make the driver stop at 20 different places in between the route to my home.
Whenever I report this issue, the aforementioned chat conversation is what I get.
Is anyone else experiencing this type of ”glitch”or issue? If so, is there any solution to it? Thanks and God bless. 🙏🏾✊🏾🩵💯

I’m not trying to be an asshole or a racist at all but I’ve genuinely had it up to here with this issue, I’m an expat in KL and I’ve noticed a lot of times when a Chinese person sits next to me at the subway or in an elevator or whatever it may be there is always a really strong breath odor that just forces me to either get up from my seat or press the nearest elevator floor button and take another one. Has anyone else experienced this?
