I have a basic level of proficiency in vanilla PF greenfield modelling (i.e. modelling for a greenfield renewable/infra asset), but I'm now looking to hone my skills further by modelling other types of assets e.g. PPP assets with fixed quarterly payments, brownfield assets with no construction, assets with a mini-perm refi structure, assets with both senior secured and mezz debt, etc.
Trying to find case studies of such assets online (preferably with a worked excel to compare my results to). I know it's a tall order, but wondering if anyone has come across such resources online? I'm willing to pay for them if the cost is reasonable.

Having to tell everybody from your past you love them feels very off, and a sign of plans to self abort. I'm so sorry you are lost in life right now. I know parents can suck but life out this way is abstract. Some peoples parents just don't show affection towards their child no matter how much the child provide, shows their own love, or be there for them.
I can tell you are close to the edge.. Your sudden emotional break down about your parents not loving you, my lil bro being dead, and your friends changing due to life changing events all indicate you are lost. I can tell you are trying SO fucking hard to stay happy... I'm so sorry man, i wish i could be there but my major red flag is my borderline personality disorder. I'm the absolute worst person to come to if you seek an emotional friend for advice.
I know you are seeking something to numb the pain, but bro just hang in there. Life was never meant to be easy. Spiritually, i truly hope you find peace without self abortion... my way of peace doesn't work for majority if not all of people.

I felt like I got no closure... he messaged me a week later and told me things like "I'm lucky to have known you even though it wasn't for as long as I hoped" and "I wish I met you in a better time when life didn't get in the way" I didn't respond. I thought it was strange he told me all that since he's the one that ended it. I blocked him completely. But it hurts still. I wonder if he regrets what he did. I realize that no closure is closure...

This has happened to me a few times and whenever I’ve told people they haven’t experienced it at all they say it’s lucky because theirs are permanent but so are some of mine (large objects, spiders, smelling bad and agoraphobia are my constant ones). In the past I’ve had a fear of nipples for literally a few hours as I was going to bed it was genuinely keeping me up, making me feel nauseous and making me sweat. Then at prom night I had 2 in one night where I couldn’t bare the flowers in my room they were causing me INTENSE distress so I hurried to my sisters room again almost crying, opened her door and saw a couple balloons in her room which also TERRIFIED me so I started shaking and crying because I felt surrounded by my fears, my mum had to go in my room and throw the flowers in the outside bin as I hid in the living room :,)
I have not experienced these fears AT ALL outside of these events and they only lasted for a day. I’m only asking because today I went into the kitchen to get a cup of water but saw a bowl of apples which genuinely terrified me, I had to insnayku run out of the room and I was like shaking and had a very fast heart rate. Never been scared of apples. I was around them literally just a few hours ago, will probably be fine in the morning. This seems small but it does effect me a lot because they’re completely random and without warning and causes some bad panic attacks, it’s kinda embarrassing
What is this? Does anyone else deal with this? Thank you :3

Problem/Goal: I don't have any friends here in Manila since I moved and it's making me really depressed.
Context: I'm already hours away from home where all my friends are. Fortunately I have a boyfriend I hang out with but he can't be my ONLY friend. It's hard to make friends in school because I feel like the people in my school are just not on the same wavelength as I am. It's difficult to approach them too. We don't have blocks/sections so paiba-iba ng classmates and usually may friends/kilala na sila. I need help huhu :(
