45 (F) with a Mirena. My SHGB is 35. Total Testosterone 8 ng/dL. Testo Free 1.0 pg/mL. ACTH 27 pg/ML, Estradiol 84.6. I obviously am advocating for testosterone - especially after the recent study linking increased incidence of osteoporosis with low testosterone (my mother is riddled with osteoporosis and has only made it worse by welding herself to the couch). Seeing a doc who will allegedly prescribe - I suspect she will start with pellets. Any thoughts on whether any other forms will be better? Or thoughts on whether I should advocate for other hormones to maximize the benefits of the testosterone?

2025.02.02 02:41 Ok-Force1442 Which PCV valve are you guys running? loud rattle sound with duralast from AutoZone...
Decided to replace my PCV valve today with a Duralast from AutoZone, the old one was pretty gunky but was quiet when installed and engine running, but once I reinstalled the Duralast one I get a really annoying loud ticking/rattling sound at idle, and some humming noises when starting the car that is 100% coming from the PCV... Apparently it's a common issue with non OEM PCV'S.
So, what are you using?
And is it possible to just clean my old one with some brake cleaner and call it a day? It still seemed to work fine just pretty dirty.
Or just order a 27 dollar one from Honda on Amazon and call it a day?

freewave 2 is actually imo lucki's most underrated album. Something about it really fits a summer evening vibe on vacation typa thing at least for me and ive always wondered how none of the songs get any recognition. Literally almost every song on that album is a fuckin vibe you just gotta give them a chance. I seriously don't get how songs like me, 6th sense, difference, and whvts the word don't get more recognition and the album as a whole. SO underrated imo
