I am planning a Erasmus exchange to Barcelona in Autumn. I heard that if I want a private apartment/studio, I should pay around 1300 euros per month. However, I can find some listings lower than that, for example:

I really liked the idea; cauliflower works well with cheese, mustard, and curry. The filo pastry gave me some trouble, though. I think it was too dry (maybe it wasn’t stored properly at the store, not sure), so it crumbled, and I couldn’t get full sheets. I’ve honestly gotten around to understanding him and the way he operates now. I feel like I’m willing to put up with his issues and stuff. But I wonder if it’s too late.
I feel like I pushed him away too hard. I was in this triggered frenzy when he dropped me. I really just didn’t think straight and I said something terrible. I probably have untreated bpd too for the record, I didn’t just conjure this up.
I honestly just wonder if we even connected deep enough for him to come back anyways. Maybe it was me being delusional, because I have problems with that too.
He was actually really accommodating when we did talk. It was hard for him, and he knew he had issues, but he met me where I wanted him to frequently. I just miss him.
He was so kind to me. He never wanted to do things but he knew I wanted to and he would do those things.
Idk. I feel a sense of guilt now.

So earlier today, I forgot to turn off the bathroom light after using it. Harmless mistake, right? Well, not in an Asian household.
A few minutes later, my dad sees the bathroom light still on and immediately enters rage mode. He doesn’t just yell—he goes straight to maximum overreaction mode.
"You think electricity is free? You wanna burn MY hard-earned money just because you’re too lazy to flip a switch?"
I brace myself, expecting the usual rant about responsibility, bills, and how kids these days don’t appreciate anything. But no. He had other plans.
Next thing I know, he storms into my room, climbs onto a chair, and—I kid you not—starts removing the entire ceiling light fixture from my room.
With every yank of the fixture, he grumbles: "This is what you get for not being disciplined. No light, no problem."
I just stand there, absolutely dumbfounded, watching my own father physically un-lightbulb my existence. By the time he’s done, my room is officially a cave.
As he walks out victoriously, he throws one final shot: "Since you love wasting electricity so much, let’s see how you like living without it."
It only takes 3.6 cents per day to run an LED light for 24 hours straight. The real money is probably being wasted on my mom cranking the heater to 100 degrees like she's trying to hatch dragon eggs.
And this was only an hour after he threw away all my mechanical pencils...that's another story

I had an ex hide it from me for 8 months. She was always afraid to tell me. She treated me like I was invisible & wanted to be “friends” for a month & a half on like month 8, so I experimented with a dude (oral & I’m not ashamed. It helped me figure out that I am indeed into women and wouldn’t do it again. I just wanted to try head game on a guy.) She found out by drunkingly searching through my phone at 8am and saw a video. She admitted that she can see past it a bit just because she hid the herpes from me. We had a sit down convo abiut the herpes.
We tried to make it work after that, but she really couldn’t get over the guy thing and said we have to break up because she feels like she can’t trust me (which I think it was more her alcoholism.)
Still miss her. I told her I wanted to be with her despite herppes & wanted to give her the same understanding I wish she could give me, but alas.
It’s been a month of no contact.

I seriously don’t think I can do mom life anymore. We all were seriously sick with the flu, high fevers horrible coughs. We’re a family of six and my twins being the youngest at almost 9 months. We all have never gotten sick all at the same time even before the twins. It was horrible, still is going horrible. I had to work for the whole week but 1 day and all the kids were home. While every one is on the mend my twins are miserable. Literally just cry the whole time they are awake, want to be held constantly. They are completely different babies. On top of that my 3 year old who is autistic, has decided he no longer wants to talk and just whines all day long and when we can’t guess what he wants he goes into a full blown crying meltdown. My almost 6 year old is full of attitude, literally anything I ask her to do is a struggle and a fight. We’ve been couped for a week and I’m taking them to the park tomorrow. Maybe not the best idea because we’re just getting over a sickness but I can’t take it anymore. We were so burnt out even before getting sick, I just think this week was a boiling point. We don’t have any family or outside help and the only time we’re away from our kids is when our older ones go to school. Any one else dealing with something similar? I love my children and partner but sometimes I really wonder what life as a single childless adult woman would be like and how nice it sounds.
