My 5/6 month old cat that I rescued got spayed yesterday. When we got home she was not out of it like they expected her to be and she was quite angry with me for allowing her to be cut open. I've done my best to keep her from jumping but she still jumps on and off the bed. I have confined her to the bathroom for the day to make sure she doesn't move a lot. Does this look like it's healing properly? There's been no seepage whatsoever or any drainage or anything coming out of it. Now the spot is hard to the touch but I read that's normal. Does this look like it's healing okay? This is my first time having a cat. The cat distribution system finally got me.

2025.02.02 03:43 DirkSwizzler Resistance won't launch unless I tag it to always run as administrator
I was super frustrated trying to launch resistance today from Steam after downloading. The taskbar showed that something was running. But apparently it was a window that never showed up.
I wasn't getting anywhere with google searches for fixes.
I was playing around with the files in the installation folder and was finally able to launch the launcher when I hit "Run as administrator". But it wouldn't launch the actual game.
So I went and marked both launcheSniperResistance.exe and bin/SniperResistance_dx12.exe to always run as administrator in the compatibility options. And now it works!
Hopefully that helps someone else launch.

Hi all - For those who have received this prestigious scholarship, can you offer up any advice? Currently a HS junior who plans on studying Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or Neuroscience (pre-med undergraduate, so I am hoping to receive a merit package for undergrad studies, knowing that I have many more years of schooling and costs to follow). GPA 99.35/106.4, 1540 SAT, 35 ACT, will have 10+ AP courses completed by graduation. Class President, HOBY Ambassador, Soaring Valor WW2 Experience, Best Buddies, West Point Leadership Experience, two sport varsity athlete/captain, certified lifeguard, and a good deal of service and leadership experience to add to my resume. I'm mentioning all of this because there are thousands of other candidates who are equally, or more, deserving of such scholarships. Any advice on what I can do between now and the fall when the application frenzy begins to make myself stand out? Thank you for any feedback!

Hello, I'm telling you my story, to find out if anyone has ever experienced or had a similar problem.
It all started at a normal party where I drank too much and smoked marijuana. The next day I had a panic attack that made me very depersonalized. The next day I went to the hospital and they prescribed me Respiradone, I took it for 5 weeks, until I told my psychiatrist to change the medication because I had many horrible side effects, such as bloating, constipation.
He prescribed me 10mg Olanzapine. Before that I was taking Respiradone 3mg a day. I would like to hear the opinion of someone who has spent some time taking Olanzapine and has had depersonalization to know if this medication is worth it or not.

I'm confused to the Hype behind someone I saw as just a bona-fide tag team star (not meant as an insult, I enjoyed his tag run) but to see him win the rumble over roman, seth, cena and my boy Punk really confuses me. From the matches I've seen he doesn't really impress me all that much in the ring tbh. I applied for IDR on 1/22. They received my application on 1/23, which is stated on my Nelnet account and within several emails. It is now 2/1, about 5 days since the application was received. I know that the general rule of thumb is to wait 10 days before calling though I have little faith the status will change by the last 5 days. After the 10 days, would I be able to request a processing forebearnace? I understand that interest would still accrue and am still making payments, but having a reduced monthly payment would definitely help.
