Everyone around me either has a partner or a friend that they couldn't live without them.
I want to be wanted but I'm starting to think I'm not important enough to have that... The looniness has been hard on me, Everyone in my life has been temporary, at this point I am not even surprised when someone leaves because I get attached too easily whenever given a slightest bit of attention, I really need to fix that. I really want someone to need me but every time I get close I get thrown away easily

2025.02.02 04:50 Uta_BestWaifu The Entire Episode Was Not That Good And Not Only the Fight Scenes.
People have been telling the second half of the ep 5 is good but after reading the manga again I wouldn't agree. In terms of animation i wouldn't say its bad but For me the biggest problem with the episode is how much dialog and scenes they have skipped. I feel the main problem is the fact they tried to adapt 4 chapters in a single eposite. There's a lot of dialog skipped such as sakamoto apologizing for not taking the fight seriously or telling the other buns were for his family when boiled asked for one. There was a lot of dialog skipped in the video rental scene also and some scenes don't even make sense like how sakamoto just uses the taser from above the guy, in the manga they were climbing the building and noticed the guy and them sakamoto sneakily entered the room without him noticing and used the teaser behind the person's back.
I feel like if they just didn't adapt 4 chapters in a single eposite it would have been better they wouldn't have to rush the episode and they could have even extended the sakamoto vs boiled fight and made it better.

2025.02.02 04:50 Mandee_707 Is there anyway to make it so my Amazon packages do NOT ship/deliver via USPS?
I’ve had so many issues with Amazon deliveries NOT being delivered and then being delayed OR lost completely and it always seems to be USPS that is handling those delayed/lost/undeliverable packages.
I understand delivering packages & mail for any carrier is a very hard job and prob super stressful. But WHY can I not specifically choose which carrier delivers my Amazon packages?? The whole point of Amazon prime is for it to be delivered TO my house so I don’t have to go out of my way to the post office to get it.
Just today I had a small package that said “out for delivery” at 8:11am (we live in a rural area if that matters) and we have UPS trucks driving through our neighborhood literally everyday, sometimes multiple trucks. So it’s not like they aren’t already in our area. I was told by Amazon & USPS that Amazon chooses the cheapest shipping options for our packages and that Amazon is now contracted with USPS because they are cheaper as well?!
However something that doesn’t make sense to me is I have a specific item that is auto-shipped from Amazon every 2 weeks. It’s the same exact item, sold from the same seller and it’s a largeheavier box. Out of the auto-shipments I get throughout the month of this specific item, maybe half of the time it’s held at the post office for me to pick up and the other half of the times it’s delivered on my doorstep. Makes no sense why it would magically be able to be delivered to my home some of the times and not the others.
It absolutely sucks because I have a cervical spine injury and I’m not supposed to lift heavy items and I am the only one during the post office business hours that can pick up our packages before they close or else they “return to the sender” if it’s not picked up after so many days. Not to mention, when that has happened in the past, I never automatically get a refund I always have to call Amazon and they say they never received the item, even though the USPS tracking says “returned to sender”. It’s a pain in the butt to have to deal with that but that isn’t the most frustrating part.
Anyways, rant over finally lol does anyone have a “magic trick” to make it to where Amazon only uses UPS or FedEx for Amazon deliveries? I’ve looked online and found “solutions” but none of them have worked for me yet…unless I’m doing it wrong lol

Posted his picture last night and only got one reply. Don't want to share much because it's been heavily publicized in our local news against his final wishes. Goodbye letters were left behind and his belongings and documents were found inside an abandoned car by a famous bridge over 1000 miles away from where he lived. No body has been found, surveillance camera footage has not helped see if he actually did what he intended to do or not and all of us who love him are in severe distress looking for answers. I wish I had his courage, because I too do not see this life being worth living any longer. Just seeking comfort and closure and want to make sure my friend found his peace and ended his pain, or if he could not go through with his plan. Please, I'm begging you all for help.

2025.02.02 04:50 Drang_ Can my Type 9 survive in open?
I love my type 9 and have built it to theoretically always have enough shield/hull to escape. I fly in open but still haven't had anyone try to kill me since I got it fully kitted out. Do you think it was worth the effort? I am mostly concerned about ships that mass lock me. I always share with player pirates, and throttle down -> low wake, or high wake if mass locked against anything else. Am I missing something obvious?

It does run very hot, but I've never had that be an issue. The one hull reinforcement is for the %+ in resistances. I had shield cells in the past, but I found myself being overly courageous and almost dying because of them. Using the heat sinks instead to do fast hot jumps between systems seems to help me more often. The type 9 does "suck" but I think that gives it character and I enjoy flying it, so I am not looking to upgrade to a cutter, and I do know that would be better for the purpose. Within the confines of what a type 9 could be, I want to build and fly a capable one.
The turret frag cannon sits on the bottom as an attempt at a pseudo point defense, I don't recall it working even once. Turret cannons are for dispersal field. I've never come close to hitting anything with the mine launchers, but if I did they are ion disruptors. All the weapons are just meant to help me escape.
Tl;dr the ship is meant to haul as much as possible while being capable of escaping pvp threats in open. Do I have enough defense, or am I being greedy with the 6E cargo rack?

2025.02.02 04:50 M-the-Great If I submitted my supplementary application on February 1st before 11:59 does it still count?
I am a TERRIBLE procrastinator so I did the most predictable thing and procrastinated my supplementary (program is film and media production) till the last second. But only that portion See, the OCAS application i did in November (with payment and the works) and all I literally had left to finish everything was the supplementary. So I submitted it. Before 11:59 at approx 11:30.
Will i get equal consideration? Am I just getting rejected because i submitted it day of? Or am I cooked. I have googled this extensively and I don't know who else to ask. Please help.
I couldnt find a proper due date for supplementaries, so I assume it's all February 1st. Like all I'm hoping for is equal consideration id rather be rejected for the contents of the supplementary than the lack thereof. Thanks reddit!

Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong but as far as I know C-rank agents only have one trigger. This means that they don’t have a shield, and instead just one singular trigger slot being used.
And for them the way they rank up (excluding snipers) is primarily done by 1v1 battles.
Wouldn’t it be best for a c rank agent to just pick raygust?
While its attack power is the lowest out of the attacker triggers it still has a built in shield mode.
I’m willing to bet that would be ridiculously useful against the majority of bullet triggers. Especially since the built in durability has consistently shown how durable the damn thing is.
Although viper is a bit of an exception, but I’m pretty sure that if Osamu can block Nasu’s crazy ass viper (albeit with the help of a shield) then a C ranker would do just fine against another c ranker who’s probably having a much harder time using the complicated trigger.
I can see the reasoning behind scorpion being a decent counter but I’m not feeling the same regarding kogetsu which at worst results in a stalemate.
As for the whole weight issue, C rank osamu and briefly Yuma were jumping around like crazy. In fact there’s probably some cool tactics you could use involving that (mainly jumping and slamming the thing tbh).
Not to mention the blade is big as hell so blocking against other attacker triggers won’t be super hard.
Lemme know if this makes any sense since I thought of this almost immediately after leaving the hospital.
TLDR: Osamu should’ve started c rank with hound tbh
