I am post menopausal taking HRT but also on semaglutide. I think that combo is reaking havoc on my skin. I typically have dry skin that is manageable but the past 5 months my skin is visibly flaky and dry. I also occasionally use tretinoin which really causes hideous flaking so I’ve limited that to weekly or biweekly. I can’t tell if my skin needs a really good tretinoin purge or if that’s not a good idea. My foundation (everything from Laura Geller powder to MUF HD glow to Il Makiage) looks awful after a few hours. I’ve tried creams, hyaluronic acid, and facial oil. Nothing helps. Is this just a medication side effect or is this just my skin now? Any suggestions for a cream / serum / moisturizer? I’m tired of buying stuff that costs $$ but doesn’t do anything.

How Much Weight Can I Lose With This Plan?
Hey everyone! I’m 20 years old, 5’6” tall, and my starting weight was 230 lbs. My current weight is 202-204 lbs, and my goal is to reach 190 lbs. My BMI is currently 32. (I started working to loose my weight in 2023 August )
I’ve been following this plan and want to know how much weight I could realistically lose with it: • Eating about ~1300 calories per day • Walking 30 miles per month (about 1 mile a day on average at least) • Fasting between 10 to 19 hours daily
Does anyone else that has similar success been dealing with loose skin I haven’t but just wondering Also does anyone else deal with a bit of pain from weight at 200 pounds? When does that general pain start fading I’m staying consistent but would love to know how much weight loss I can expect with this approach. Any advice, tips, or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

So, today i had this callback via zoom. I totally flunked this callback, nobody and their mother could convince me otherwise, but somehow I booked the role, the only possible explanation to why they cast me was because they really really liked my self tape and said they knew I was the one for the role just from the self tape, but now even though i got the job I’m feeling like a complete fraud because how awful my callback was, is this normal?

Hey folks - I am not an engineering student but I have an idea for a medical device that I would like to see invented to treat a very rare disorder I have called Palatal Tremor. Some types of PT, like mine, can cause patients to experience objective tinnitus where an actual noise is heard out loud from the ear due to a muscle spasm in the palate that opens and closes the eustachian tube, causing an audible "click" every 1-3 seconds. It is an extremely rare disease with near-zero support from the medical community - even the Facebook support group has only 600 people worldwide. I've done some research and think it could be super achievable to tweak traditional hearing devices to create a device that can listen for the click and cancel out the sound waves. Trying to find anyone who might want to help me bring this project to life, or maybe know professors or research contacts I could speak to. Thanks!!!

Is anyone out there currently able to to cast successfully from a phone or tablet to a Chromecast?
When I try the video is perfect, but the sound stutters to a degree that renders viewing impossible.
I have contacted Dorna's "Technical Support" who advise that my version of Chromecast, 1.56.275994 (2nd generation), is not supported by them. Thanks guys.
I'm happy to either update my Chromecast or replace with a different unit providing I can be sure that the new version will work with VideoPass. I'm aware that Chromecast is being phased out by Goggle.
So, any advise regarding casting VideoPass would be most welcome.
