Hi there this is my first post in this sub so bear with me please!!, I’ve only recently started playing again I left my farm for months and have come back I’m level 48 or 49. The problem is I want to play more than I have been but I think my farm layout is off putting to me and that’s why I don’t have motivation. The thing is though is that I’m not motivated to create an entire new layout so that I can get more done. I want it to be efficient but also look nice how does one start this? How can I get inspired?

Before anyone goes there, I understand the best way to buy skis is in person at a shop that can fit you but for some reasons that I don't want to get into, I'm trying not to do that so just humor me.
Looking to get some mid range classic skis that I can grow into in terms of ability and fitness. I'm 6' 3" and 160lbs with long legs and I'll be skiing in Colorado so generally drier snow.
I'm looking at some Fischer Twin Skin pros and my options are 207 stiff, 202 stiff, and 207 medium. I've never skied 207s, that seems long to me but maybe because I've only rented and they didn't have skis that long, but looking at size charts that length is recommended for someone my height but not my weight. It's confusing because Fischer doesn't provide sizing recommendations on their website but looking around it seems like 207 medium might be right for my height and weight? Thanks for the help and sorry about posting the umpteenth sizing question in this sub.

I finally took my 11 year old cat to the vet the other day because she keeps vomiting, almost daily for a few weeks now. The vet threw out words like Pancreatitis, IBD, Kidney issues, etc. She looked very concerned. We had ALL the tests done ($$$$) and she came back perfect. Now the vet wants me to get a $700 ultrasound to rule out lymphoma(!?). She said that the ultrasound is expensive bc they don't do it in-house and they have to call a specialist. Here's where I'm stuck. I took my other cat to the same office (different vet though) and he did an ultrasound in the office free of charge for me, literally last week. Since she was SO wrong about my cat possibly having all of these scary diagnoses and lying about the ultrasound not being done in-house.. I feel like I don't trust her anymore but I'm afraid for my cat! What should I do? * I will note that my cat was given B12, Prednisone, a nausea shot, and anti-acid meds too... Is this Vet just trying to take me for my money?
