2024.11.24 23:50 Parking-Physics-2283 A few whiskey glasses later — here’s my take on the 2025 NFL Draft
Tough loss today… but it has me thinking about what the Patriots could be and what it would take to get there.
After losing to Miami, the Patriots are now in the #4 overall draft spot.
If the season ended today, here’s who’s picking Top 10:
- Jaguars
- Giants
- Raiders
- Patriots
- Panthers
- Titans
- Jets (lol)
- Browns
- Saints
- Bengals
If I had to guess, the Raiders and Jaguars will probably win a few more games and fall back a few spots. I think we might be able to beat the Colts and maybe the Bills in Week 18 (depending on their playoff seeding), but besides that I fully expects Ls the rest of the season.
All good, only helps us in the long run.
Based on what I’ve seen, these are the teams projected to pick Top 10 in the 2025 NFL Draft:
- Giants
- Patriots
- Jaguars
- Titans
- Raiders
- Panthers
- Browns
- Cowboys
- Jets
- Saints
Which means, we can take advantage of QB-needy teams and move back a bit to accumulate draft picks.
Assuming we pick at least in the Top 3, we can trade back a few spots to #5, #6, or #7 and still grab T-MAC (Arizona) while bagging some assets.
I hear you when you say OL is the more important position but this simply isn’t the draft to overdraft an LT. We can still draft those guys in Round 2 and later and get franchise pieces.
I’d rather do what the Celtics did to 76ers a few years back and trade a top pick, move back a few spots, while still getting the guy they wanted all along.
Not sure who that is in the eyes of the Krafts, Wolf, and Mayo, but I think most fans know that a lack of playmakers is an issue that goes back to the Brady era.
And we’re probably all still haunted by the ghost of N’keal Harry, but we need to get our boy Drake-O some weapons. Add in another WR in FA and now we’re cooking up for Maye’s Year 2.

2024.11.24 23:50 Kazeite Two tips for the Lesser Zone from my 15 hours of play:
One: random NPCs actually have a very small chance of dropping body armour - I've just had a soldier drop a pristine military suit. I don't know the exact chance of that happening, but I'm guessing it's pretty low, definitely lower than 1% 🙂
Two: As many of you may know, there's a way to acquire a low condition SVDM-2 before leaving starting zone, but there's another, rather dangerous way to get more: if you attack the Southern Checkpoint, you will eventually come under fire of a sniper perched on the top of the boundary wall. With a bit of luck, if you kill him, he'll drop his SVDM-2 down, allowing you to collect it. The one I've acquired was only half worn, which meant its repair price was around 2k less than the other one.
Of course, it's a little tiny bit dangerous right now: soldier squad inside the compound will continously respawn, and the compound itself will come under an attack by either mutants or stalkers (friendly or not), so if you want to actually try this method, come prepared, and don't loiter around too much.

I hope it will help you guys, because I was digging so much on Google and Reddit. My watch is the Garmin 45, and I have had this issue since the end of 2022.
That backlight was always on during the activity, even though it was set for 8 seconds after a wrist flick. I tried full reset and firmware update( it didn't work)
Solution: Press and hold UP, go to Phone, Notifications, During Activity. My notification was "Show All," so I switched to "Call and Text only." Then it worked; it seems like new notifications were keeping the backlight on in a loop.

I have a kill switch attached to my battery in my Honda Accord 2002. Wondering if I were to accidently bump the on and off switch while in driving, what would happen to my car? What would that do to my engine?
