Male. 5'7. About 196. PMH depression, anxiety, eating disorder, new drug abuse. I take Wellbutrin, Allopurinol, Zoloft, and Gabapentin for anxiety.
Basically. On a mini-bender. I am mixing strong synthetic cannabis edibles with crazy high doses of gabapentin. Each pill is 300 MG each. The past 3 days I have taken between 30-48 pills a day.
I know I am a dumbass but my drug-seeking mind is desperate.
I am now experiencing a pain in the right lower quadrant toward my pelvis.
Is this an emergency? Should I head to the ER?
If I could wait to see my PCP, that would be ideal.
Note: This was not a suicide attempt nor gesture. Just some poor decision making for a short-lived high.

I am finally at a weight I never have been at in my life. My BMI is now in the higher, but normal range. I think I should lose 10 more. I am 5’6- 148lbs I wear a small shirt, I am a 32B (well, about to be a B cup after a lift in April!) Sz. 8 pants, although I can wear a 6 but the extra skin is causing a muffin top if pants are not high waisted. I will be getting a tummy tuck!
My question is maintaining. I have never maintained. I don’t even know how to. I want to keep the appetite suppression or I know I will gain right away. Do you go down in mg? I feel like if the least bit of appetite returns, it will throw me into a tailspin!

 | I'm going to be turning a thin cotton tote bag into a mushroom foraging bag for a friend. I've got window screen mesh for the bottom. I was planning to use waste canvas, since I plan to cross stitch the design. What sort of stabilizer should I use while stitching? I plan to cover the back with some as well. I only use DMC floss, so colorfastness is not an issue. I rarely use a hoop because I frankly don't like them. However, due to it being a bag, I can't use my scroll frame, and I don't have the cash for a Q-snap.
