What do you guys use for pain management that actually works? Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, and aspirin are all completely ineffective for my endo pain. Heating pad or TENS unit sort of help but to me they just give my brain a different sensation to focus on while the pain is still there. Cannabis products including with and without THC don't do anything either. The only thing that truly helps is a hot bath but unfortunately my pain is a 24/7 thing and I can't be in the bath 24/7. I guess I'm just wondering if there are any other lesser known pain management solutions that I haven't tried that people with endo pain specifically have had success with.

Yesterday night my “body temperature was high” with a BBT spike, last night my resting heart was high, today I’ve basically been stressed all day apparently (even though I only felt stressed for maybe an hour of the day?) my HRV balance has also started to drop gradually after 6DPO. Anyone have similar signs before getting a positive pregnancy test?

I am so upset with myself. I have really been struggling with binging lately. I already binged last weekend and gained about a pound. And I just had the worst binge yesterday, probably about 6,000 calories in a day, and just binged again today. I don't know what is wrong with me. And I am about to go see all my friends and family for Thanksgiving and I don't want them to see me like this I feel so disgusting and fat and I am going to gain so much more weight during Thanksgiving and the holidays in general. I just want to get back to how I was before when I was skinny.

There is no truth. Or rather, there is one true explanation for every single thing, no matter how small. But, even with all our technology we can't ever be sure which one it is in the sea of hypothesis we find, if not at a very shallow level in the complex sea of weaving threads that is reality. We can only get somewhat close. The only certain truth we have is one. Death. Or rather, what we consider death for nature is change. Change that is simply the consequence of nature, and at large life, perpetrating itself cyclically and indefinitely. If all things are to die to give birth to new ones, does it really matter that mankind could be going out by its own doing in this very moment? It does. Because it could bring all life down with itself, and there is no telling if this minuscule speck of shard of rock we call Earth is the only place in the universe where life has happened thus far. What will it take for humanity, or rather those of them with no humanity in them to understand this? Will they stop their destruction? Truth is, if they want to live on, they need to change.
