The guy I wanted 3 years ago was Adam Peters, who then went to the Commanders this season and look at them now. Does he deserve all the credit? Maybe not but I always wanted someone out of the McVay/Shanahan tree instead of the Belichick tree which we have done the last two times.
Lance Newmark is Peters Assistant GM in Washington and was also a scout for the Lions who helped bring that current team together Ray Agnew is the Lions assistant GM, and look at how that team is built and is performing. He is a former Giants player and that may entice Mara, or make Giants fans wary.
Mike Borgonzi is the Chiefs assistant GM and we all know of their success but him and the GM may be carried by Reid and Mahomes.

As for coaches, the darling of the group is Ben Johnson. I would love him but the chances of him picking the Giants are low when there are more desirable, closer to be ready to teams for him to work with.
Jessie Minter is the DC of the Chargers and was the DC Wolverines when they won the Natty. He turned around that Chargers defense who have #1 scoring defense while relying on rookies getting significant snaps as well. To those that want an offensive coach, if you can get a great OC it could work.
We just saw the Buccaneer offense, so what did you think of Liam Coen's offense and what he's done with Baker Mayfield? He's worked under McVay on the Rams so I'd like that style of offense here.
Mike Vrabel and Bill Belichick don't need much introduction outside of them having experience and having success.

2024.11.25 00:30 Professional-Bug8983 I am going through a major traumatic event, it's finals season and I can't get anything done
It's my first year at UofT and my first semester. Quick trigger warning for SA; I was sexually assaulted on Friday of last week and I literally have not been able to do anything for the most part. Without getting into details, the fallout has been detrimental to every aspect of my life. I can't get through my assignments. I know this school takes mental health somewhat seriously. I am posting to see what I could do to ease through this. I have no idea what to do. I don't know what the protocol is for those types of situations, who I should talk to, etc. Does anyone have any idea of what I should do?

2024.11.25 00:30 sbucksbarista So are we getting paid this week? And how, when half my hours are in the time clock and half are in the book?
I’m seeing people say that we’re gonna get paid for the shifts we were scheduled for rather than the hours worked for the first half of the week, which sucks because I stayed 3 hours late on Wednesday. There’s essentially no documentation of that right now without the system for the whole first half of the week.
I’m not buying the whole “just ensure your partners that they’ll get paid” because it’s unfair for the baristas who called out multiple times this week and had to use sick time and even more unfair to the baristas who picked up 8 hour shifts to help cover!
I have bills to pay, I’m panicking, I feel like I have every right to be panicking. There is zero reason why Starbucks and/or the vendor have no resolution in sight when it’s been down since THURSDAY.

2024.11.25 00:30 practically_sweet How long after putting brown dye over full highlights can I go back to blonde?
As the title says…. I was full highlights (quite blonde) hair luckily felt healthy still. Anyhow, I decided (regretfully) to have my stylist put brown over my highlights to go dark for fall. Big mistake as it instantly aged me.
It’s been 2 months of letting my hair breathe with the brown, so am I safe to have it re-highlighted? Or a somewhat full balayage again? Maybe slightly less than before so it’s less damaging all at once?
I don’t have to wait for the permanent brown to grow out before going blonde again do I?
I understand this won’t be the healthiest for my hair but I’m desperate to go light again.
I do keep hot tools off my hair and I seal the ends with a leave in conditioner so that might help?
