2024.11.25 00:31 Captain_Draco Raspberry Pi OS on 32-bit RT issues.
I have a pair of RT tablets that I'm working on setting up as interactive rulebook and spec sheets for playing Battletech. I've successfully got Raspberry Pi OS installed on one of them, but they other keeps dead-ending in the same spot no matter what I try. I keep getting this screen as the point at which is stops doing anything. It's loads all the lines, then the lines Shell> and FS0:\> load without anything else changing.

2024.11.25 00:31 FlyingEyesUK Computer keeps on blue screening and I can't factory reset it
So earlier today I logged onto my computer for the first time in about 3-4 months. My computer (Windows 10) for quite a long time (I've had this computer for 4-5 years) has been very slow and crashes a tonne. But I think it's finally bitten the dust.
I booted my PC earlier today and it came with a blue screen displaying "amdfendr.sys". I restarted it and windows came up but oddly in a very low resolution. I just fixed the resolution in display settings and then went on steam to display my game. Steam kept on saying my new game was running even when it wasn't so I restarted my PC.
It did the blue screen again, but this time it wouldn't just load up in a low resolution upon reset. It would bring me to a page basically telling me to reset again or look at advanced options. I tried everything from uninstalling windows updates, to opening in safe mode etc and nothing worked. It wouldn't let me. I tried to reset the PC with my personal files but that didn't work either. Is my only option just to reset the whole PC and delete all my files?
I only really use my PC to play a few games and to write my novels on. But yet it runs so slowly. It crashed more than the average computer but not a crazy amount and that's back when I used it a few months back, how could my computer get so much worse when I hadn't even touched it in all of that time?

I (37F) was invited to a Friendsgiving but my spouse (39F) was not. The host even said “S is not welcome at our house.” My spouse and I have had a rocky relationship over the past 5 years, with a lot of on again/off again drama that I often confide in to the party host. I don’t remember having a conversation with this friend about how my spouse is unwelcome, but told my spouse that I am still going. I plan to talk to the host, but at the end of the day, I don’t think of myself as a package deal and I want to respect the boundaries of the host.
My spouse is pissed and says that I don’t stand up for them and that my friends are petty. AITAH for going without them?

Sorry if this is too much for this sub, but I don’t know where else I can vent. I’m 3 weeks sober from vape pens and going through a rough time. My life has just been really tough lately. I work so hard in life on things like career, health, gym, therapy, self love, etc. but I feel like I never really make any progress. I’ve been depressed for 10 years. I have zero friends, no romantic partner. I try my best to put myself out there but nothing comes from it. I’m just feeling beat down by life. I keep getting thoughts like “I’m a failure” or “I’ll never be happy.”
I’m not sure why I’m sharing, I’m nervous that I will get high but I made so much progress in these three weeks, but also a part of me is saying“fuck it!, why bother? This is how my life is.” It feels like the universe/my higher power has forgotten about me.
I’m so lost on what to do. Advice?
