I'm not going to write about my OCD. I'm not at that level yet.
Aged 29 when it first happened. No major symptoms (that were an issue) previous.
I've been bedridden, not been able to drive, unable to use digital devices, avoidant of all lights. Moving objects were bad, cars, sounds. No audiobooks, no tv. Unable to look at faces. Life was hell. Pure-O, but nobody told me. Saw 25 medical professionals, navigating med system (which itself is a nightmare when you cant "google" to call, fill forms, or have issues using gps navigation, and driving) didn't help.
Michael Greenberg's articles have helped the most.
Nowadays I can go on the computer again, drive, started studying, live life again.
I cannot write yet what is helping me. I keep things in a delicate balance of not thinking about it, and it's very difficult. Writing it may trigger, and I don't take the risk. But I wanted to post that there is hope. It's been 2 years. I lost many things. But I'm building again, and the future is now again in "color".

I have been on 10 mg lexapro for 2 months and decided to come off. First week I took 5mg, second week 2.5mg and this is the 3rd day of not taking anything.

Nakakapagod.... wala akong ibang masabihan ng problema ko kasi alam ko sa sarili ko na wala naman makakatulong sakin hindi dahil sa hindi nila gusto kundi dahil wala silang kakayahan.. early this year kumuha ako ng bahay sa pagibig medyo malaki ang monthly nasa 8k+ pero keri lang kasi pangarap ng nanay ko magkaron kami ng sariling bahay, nakakuha kamk sa mga foreclosed kaya wala kaming masyadong nagastos nung nakalipat na, kaso netong July nawalan ako ng work at hindi na nagkakasya ung budget ko para makahulog sa bahay ngayon 5months na akong di nkakabayad at nkakatanggap na ko ng sulat sa collection hindi ko alam san ko huhugutin ung pera!! Grabe na tlga!! natanggap naman ako sa bagong work kaso December pa ang start at sapat ang bigayan para mabayaran ko lahat ng bills namin kaso ntatakot ako na mabawi samin ung bahay di ko na talaga alam gagawin ko umiiyak ako mag isa kasi wala e ako lang naman ang may work samin at ayoko din mangutang sa iba kasi saan ko naman huhugutin ang pambayad doon? 2024.11.25 00:49 beandeebe Started tanking a month ago. Here's what I learned on my way to 2k m+ rating
Decided to go bear druid as every guide I could read said it was the simplest rotation out of tank classes. While I can't comment on the validity of this statement, I would say I had an easy time focusing on mechanics rather than my rotation during my climb to 2k.
In no particular order, here are some observations I've made looking back on my time as an M+ tank:
- Being courteous when joining a group and generally upbeat toward other members helped me avoid toxicity a good amount of the time. If a party member died, I made sure to point out that it wasn't a big deal and kept pushing through the dungeon. With that said --
- There were still a fair share of toxic players I ran with. Early on, I would have to log out and take a walk to be in decent enough place to get back into the group finder. Eventually, I learned to grow a thick skin and attempt to find the lessons I could when someone was flaming me for something.. In one particular instance, I was getting roasted during the first pull of a Siege key for not immediately activating incarn. As a newer tank, I was saving cd's "for the right time" and the criticism was warranted (albeit extremely rude). Which leads me to --
- People will help if you are open to feedback and ask! I had a hunter mark out pull strategies for Grim Batol for me when I wasn't doing things properly. It made everyone's lives easier during that key, and because I was accepting of the feedback, I became a better player moving forward.
- Being decisive and communicating my plan to the group made for really smooth runs especially at higher keys. The worst thing that I found that I could do as a tank was be indecisive about a route, pull, or boss strat.
- Tanking is so much fun I can't believe I've played this game off and on for 17 years without ever trying it.

I mean, if you are playing with strangers, how do you decide who is in charge? Or do you just go to separate corners of the map and do your own thing? How do you coordinate with people do decide what designs to use? How do you deal with people who play too fast or too slow?
