I visit my family often. Every year I do 2-3 visits sometimes staying for a month. One time I even quit a job because they didnt approve my time off and I didnt want to miss an event at home.
My father is controlling man with lots of rage and anger. He can go from 0-100 in a few minutes. My mom never showed affection to me as a kid but always did so to her nieces and nephews… directly in front of me.
When I was 24 I had goals and announced after college I’d be moving to Chicago to pursue some things. They yelled at me for months prior calling me “dumb” “you wont make it on your own” causing all of this fear into me which has honestly affected my life the last decade.
They never motivate me. They never ask “are you happy?”
For the last decade every visit is always “when are you moving back? We’ll fix your room.” “Lets find you a job close by.”
EVERY. SINGLE. VISIT. Its the same stuff constantly. Then I get yelled at and anxiety creeps in all over again. All of these anxious thoughts come to my mind. “I dont have my life together” “wtf am I doing” “I’m. A failure” then I fall into a little depression episode.
In the last decade I’ve only asked my dad for a total of $1,200. In ten years. I’ve hustled. I’ve been through hell. But I’m proud of how far I’ve come.

Was recently finishing Alan Wake 2 and while it was a great game, I was pretty disappointed with the graphics of the game on Series X. I was playing on performance mode and the resolution of the game was quite low, with FSR making textures look overall more blurry. I’ve wanted a more powerful system to use in my living room since my family has a nice 4k OLED TV setup, and I don’t want to get a pc as know for a fact that my family will not appreciate having a giant PC always being connected to the living room TV. So I was wondering if it was valid to pay the $700 for the PS5 Pro, I will prob just give my series x to my brother and play on it whenever a new game shows up on game pass. Btw I do not pay at all for online for my consoles since the only online game I play is Warframe which you don’t have to pay online for.

For context, I'm talking about extending another codebase with ollama.
For example, if I git clone a repo, how do I make ollama "know" the local copy and analyze it for coding tasks.
I want to feed it an entire git repo, ask it how to implement a feature, then get code / workflow suggestions. Or ask it how the codebase does such and such, for example: "How does this program parse its configuartion file" and ollama respond with something like "function parseConfig in file config.py reads the contents of filepath/config.txt and sets global variables based on key:value pairs in the config".
I'd like to be able to say: "Does the program support providing configuration path and filename at runtime, or is it hardcoded to specific place?" Ollama might then respond: "Currently the program hard codes the configuration file to .config/config/file.json, and it cannot be provided at runtime". I would then respond: "I would like to implement a feature where the configuration file can be passed at runtime using a -c flag". Ollama then responds: "To implement this feature we will create new funciton called overrideConfig in app.js, we then customize already existing function parseConfig at line 200 to check for -c flag and if exists the function uses the new path/filename instead of the hardcoded value".
I'd like to do this just on cmd line, not with an editor like vscode.

Question, do yall think it’s okay for adult/senior cats to eat kitten food? The reason I ask is because it will be VERY hard for us to separate our new kittens food from our adults. I don’t want to expect our cats to eat all of their food at one time. I’m wondering if I mix the adult food with kitten food and feed my kitten, kitten wet food ontop to ensure his calorie needs?? I’m not quite sure what I’m asking… lol I know I probably sound lousy not wanting to feed my cats at specific times but they’re used to free feeding and I don’t want to ruin that. My oldest gets sick if I don’t leave food out for her
