I often exercise before going to bed to bring my blood sugar down signicantly. Bar none, this has been the most sure-fire way to bring down my blood glucose so I don't sleep with elevated levels. My physician said to not do it too vigorously however since that could raise my glucose level. Does anyone know the explanation of why this is? Thanks!

Now I'm being blocked for every purchase I'm trying to make, a few different ip's, only common thing is my phone number in every of those new purchases. Do u guys have a workaround to this problem? Maybe using Tor?

For example if they had characters change places like ikande and Delgado so Delgado is in charge of sysdef and ikande leads the fleet. There could be a whole bunch of others.

2024.11.25 03:30 Blargin New Desktop - BSOD after Hibernate wake up
Hello,
Built this Friday and have been installing software with no crashes until now. I recently came back from afk and my computer was in hibernate and I didn't keep track of time but lets say less than 10m after I re-hit the power button my computer got a BSOD. I did not have a phone on hand to capture the error but I messaged a friend around 1:41 EST shortly after it happened so I did a boot log of 12h and I see 3 CRITICAL but only 1 around that time 1:38:19 Kernel-Power Event ID 41 Task Category 63. I've been reading that this could mean PSU issues or perhaps a microsoft 'turn on fast startup (recommended)'. How do I go about troubleshooting this?

Me and my siblings would play this in my dads phone, the characters you could choose were one block and they changed throughout the game. The levels were also themed and I am semi sure the name contained “brain”. This game is really nostalgic I really want to find it.

Basically, I bought an Apollo twin thunderbolt mkii off fb mp and it works just fine everything runs well for ab 30 secs-2 mins then the knob volume lights freeze and the lights below start blinking. could this be because it’s not hooked up to anything computer? (Don’t have the proper laptop for it yet) so it’s just shutting down maybe? maybe because I’m pressing the buttons while it’s not hooked up to pc? it did do the same when left alone for a bit though. I have pretty high hopes it’s okay but I’m not sure lol don’t know much yet, thanks :D

I was wondering how to keep the sorting in order as it tends to be lose the descending order anytime users change the metrics (measures) they're view. Has anyone faced and solved this problem before?

Wondering if others can comment on my situation.
I have a very patient and kind doctor, however I get the impression unless I ask for tests he doesn’t order them. At my first visit, he diagnosed me and put me on 25 mg losartan. While I haven’t experienced negative side effects, it hasn’t really dropped my bp or put me into a safe range. Still averaging 150/90.
At the last visit, I was able to secure a test for sleep apnea. Turns out I have sleep apnea events 36 times an hour. Hoping once I get my machine it will improve my sleep and improve my blood pressure.
At diagnoses I never had a heart test EKG or anything similar. Any suggestions on what I should ask about?
