I want to treat myself and my jiu jitsu good :) I’d love your advice and opinions on what to buy. Below, I’ve listed some options I’m considering across various categories, including back attacks, guard retention, and BJJ takedowns for Gi and No-Gi. Let me know your thoughts!

Guard retention Instructionals Also I'm looking for some guard retention instructionals. I have some like grilled chicken but looking for more stuff. What do you recommend for improving my open guard game for both Gi and No-Gi? Here are some options I’m exploring:

I would like to restart my game of BD but would have no way of keeping my Spinda if I do, since it can't go into HOME. It is shiny so that would feel like a complete waste. I am basically looking for someone (trustworthy) who could hold on to it until I make my way to the point in the game where we could trade it back (shouldn't take more than an hour or two). If you need to register Spinda to your Pokédex this trade could be useful to you as well. Also feel free to breed it in the meantime so you can keep your own afterwards.

Can someone shed some light on this? My estradiol is 36 and my total testosterone (after 10 weeks of TRT) is now 100. I feel some benefits, but no increase in libido. I’m not sure if I should increase my T dosage (currently 7.5 mg once a week) or try the estrogen patch.
