Hi all,
I'm looking to upgrade from my Hero 8 Black and take advantage of the ongoing sales on Amazon. While I don't mind switching to the new GoPro, I have also seen the offerings from DJI & Insta 360 and feel that in some fields, they top the GoPro easily.
I would primarily be filming POV surfing & MTB, and would love thoughts on choosing between these 3: Hero 13, DJI Action Osmo 5, and the Insta360 Ace Pro 2. I'd probably also take screenshots from the videos I record, but I don't think this will be a problem given they all shoot 4K.
Also, given that they are somewhat close in price, I don't mind spending a little bit more for the Ace Pro 2 if ultimately, thats what everyone recommends. Thank you in advance!

2024.11.25 01:19 Time_to_rant Anyone else have a messed up sleeping schedule now?
It’s been so strange for me to actually listen and pay attention to my body (as opposed to walking on eggshells 24/7).
I noticed that my sleeping routine is all over the place.
For the first few months I’d struggle sleeping because I was on high alert (as I was with my parents), but then right after that I started sleeping for HOURS! Like 10-12 hours at a time. Not sick, not experiencing anything new (other than this change), just my body finally getting some rest.
But then I swing from that much sleep to like 4-6 hours. Work is also strenuous but has anyone else experience this after going no contact?

2024.11.25 01:19 FoxAlone3479 When and why does big boss turn evil?
I know at some point between mgsV and the msx game big boss turns evil but I’ve been really struggling to wrap my head around why. If I’m not mistaken the reason he does it is because he believes it’s what the boss would have wanted but I don’t understand how he could think that. The boss was a total bad ass who sacrificed literally everything for her country, I’m not sure how big boss could misconstrue that into thinking he should betray his country. Am I missing something? Is it explained in one of the games?
Also side note I feel like the metal gear games don’t come up enough when talking about strong female characters. I know a lot of the female characters get sexualized a lot but they are also total bad asses. Meryl, motorcycle lady, Lady Luck, and the boss are all awesome.

Hi, I'm trying to find a game I played on a website called friv when I was younger. It was a flash game and I haven't been able to find it.
I'm pretty sure it was a fighting game/RPG where you were either a small animal or a furball (can't remember). You had to fight giant furball enemies that had animal ears and tails.
The game might have used free assets because I remember each sprite not fitting that well together (im not sure though). I think the setting was a dark forest, but it might have changed throughout the game.
I really don't remember much about the game so sorry if the description doesn't make much sense, but the picture is what the game layout looked like if that helps.

Hi, I was turning right into the continuing road at a T junction. The T junction roads were 2 way, 1 lane each way (small roads). I checked my left side was clear, right side had one big lorry signalling to turn left into the road i was at, so I made a right turn. Out of a sudden, a car popped out from beside the lorry's blind spot (ie overtook the lorry by cutting into the oncoming lane), and kept honking at me.
Who's at fault?
